If you book your stay during peak season, you'll even get a $60 per day in savings in the form of two free beach chairs for your sandy excursions.

This beautiful living room/kitchen combo offers communion throughout the condo with comfortable seating, a large kitchen countertop, and a 65' TV overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen has been upgraded with all new appliances and is fully equipped for the chef of the family. The living room also offers a smart TV and a queen-size pullout couch. After the day's adventures close, take refuge in the primary suite and lounge blissfully while watching something on TV or indulging in the breathtaking ocean view.

Things to Know
Guest has 2 free beach chairs at beach service during peak season. $60 per day in savings.
Some shared amenities are only open during peak season. The tropical bar, coffee shop, and grill are open March-October.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
During Spring Break, we rent to 'families' or all occupants must be a minimum of 25 years of age.
A $85 resort fee for amenity wristbands (six) and your parking pass (one vehicle may utilize on-site parking) is due upon check-in and payable to the resort. This is not included in your reservation and the amount is subject to change by the HOA.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
