Thank you for your review. I take vacationer satisfaction seriously, and I am so sorry that you choose a 4 rating instead of a 5. I am thrilled that you plan to return. Please call me to discuss, so that all can continue to be perfect for the next person. Some vacationers think a 4 is just fine, but I want to make sure. Thank you again!

About the host

Hosted by Terri Braswell

Host profile image
Hello - I'm Terri Braswell, owner of 3 condos in Panama City Beach. Our Long Beach Condo is a favorite - 8th Floor, Full Windows and Floor to Ceiling Mirrors bring the Ocean right into the Condo with you. Master and Living rooms are on the Ocean, ready for you to Relax and Enjoy. I have rented condos since 1995 - I am a very picky with my condos - they have to be clean and perfect, so when you walk in you say 'WOW!' It's your vacation, and I want it to be special for you. My renters come back again and again, and I hope you will, too!

Why they chose this property

I'm a licensed Realtor in Florida and Georgia, and I believe in Location, Location, Location. I buy the best, not a distressed property nobody would buy. I have FULL VIEWS, PERFECT FLOOR, PRIVATE BALCONY, and this condo is in the Heart of Panama City Beach. Long Beach Resort is conveniently located on Front Beach Road at Thomas Drive, and you can walk to Pineapple Willys from the Beach. This condo provide you with a DREAM vacation, you will never forget!

What makes this property unique

Long Beach has a BEAUTIFUL, WHITE, SANDY Beach, with BLUE Gulf Waters. There is a Lagoon Pool, Two Heated pools, and Tennis Courts for you to enjoy. Walmart is a quick drive for all of your shopping needs, and Pier Park is a short, scenic drive to the West. Restaurants are everywhere, along with fishing, Gulf World, movies, parasailing, and everything you can think of to complete your vacation experience.
