A cowboy-style soaking tub is perfect for warmer desert days. Play a game of horseshoes or read in the silence of the surroundings. The welcoming living area offers plush furnishings, while the kitchen has all you need to create your favorite meals and snacks. Added perks include central AC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Quaint and Peaceful

We enjoyed our stay - the space was clean nicely decorated and very peaceful. We had jackrabbits, quail, hummingbirds all around and fun to watch. Not far to town easy to navigate around - a good location that made us feel secluded. Nice linens and toiletries. I recommend it be stated no television, we knew no cable but didn’t realize there was no way to watch. We had downloaded movies we had to watch on phone. I recommend a 2 more pans and oil to cook with had to use the popcorn butter oil. We were so excited about the cowboy pool and in our request profile we said we would be using it as we chose the property for the pool. It was empty with no instructions or a welcome booklet regarding rules for the property. **BTW there are critters digging in the roof and bedroom walls and are busy all night long.

Writer’s retreat

Stayed 11 nights to focus on my writing. This place is peaceful, remote and conducive to creativity. Did I say remote? It’s off a mile of dirt road in the foothills about 3.5 miles south of the city of Joshua Tree. Perfect to get off the grid and back to nature. Speaking of which, there are many critters about. Coyote, roadrunners, birds, tons of bunnies and even a snake or two. It was exactly what I wanted/needed. Looking forward to returning.

A Great Spot in Joshua Tree

We had a really nice stay here. It was quiet, clean, just a perfect place to unplug for a long weekend. The property has a beautiful view, enjoyed just sitting on the porch and stargazing or taking in a quiet morning. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare multiple meals. The bathroom was spacious. The cabin is in close proximity to the park as well. We would love to come back. Thanks!
