Our beautifully built cottages 45m ² are only a short distance from the Stechlinsee and Dagowsee. The houses are 45m² and include a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet and up to two separate bedrooms. An extra bed for infants is partially possible. The cottages are located in the resort Neuglobsow in the Ruppin Lakeland and at the beginning of the Mecklenburg Lake District near the beautiful city Rheinsberg with castle.

The holiday home is ideal for family holidays and with a pet (only with registration max 1 pet per house).
With us you can scuba diving, cycling, fishing, swimming and just relaxing.
The holiday home also includes outdoor use in the courtyard with play facilities (eg. Table tennis, sandbox) and barbecues are available.
The basic price is for occupancy of 2 persons. Children are valid until the 13th Year of life as a child.
If you are older you can pay 5.00 € until the 17th. Year of life per night to be requested.
If booked for less than 4 people, the proportionate bedrooms are closed. Bed linen is possible for a fee u. Person 10,00 €.
Pitch car directly in the object € 5.00 per day.
All bookings are to be paid in cash upon arrival.
In the summer holidays we rent our houses mostly weekly. 2 houses Arrival Friday and 2 houses Arrival Saturday per week (7 days)
For public holidays, the minimum rental period may differ. Then get a changed offer.

Einfach überteuert

Location ansich der Gegend sehr gut … hat aber eher weniger etwas mit dem Objekt zu tun. Zu den Details: - zweiter Schlafraum nur gegen Gebühr von 100 Euro geöffnet. Ich war mit Vattern und somit zweiter Schlafraum gewollt. Wird hier so nicht explizit angegeben und somit wird hier das Suchergebnis manipuliert vom Anbieter. - Strom wird separat berechnet nach Verbrauch … sorry, das geht bei diesem Preis überhaupt nicht. Der Anfangszählerstand war uns unbekannt, ferner ist es im Angebot hier nicht ersichtlich. Endzählerstand kennen wir auch nicht. Somit ist quasi auch das Duschen oder Kochen zusätzlich kostenpflichtig - Parkgebühr … ein Objekt ohne Parkplatz? Versteckte Kosten, Irreführung durch den Anbieter - Ausstattung ist wie in obiger Rezension sehr spartanisch - Zustand und Anmutung der Ausstattung: seit Ewigkeiten nix gemacht. DDR Elektrik, zwar funktional aber Investitionsstau ist klar ersichtlich - das Objekt dient nur Kohle zu verdienen - Bettwäsche nicht inklusive für den Preis … so nicht. Nicht bei so einem Preis - Anreisemöglichkeit / Check In … ab 17 Uhr eindeutig zu spät - Kurtaxe … ich dachte das gehört dazu - drei der vier Objekte waren frei an dem Tag unserer Anreise? Hochsaison … wie kann das sein? Zusammenfassung: - vergleichsweise mit Objekten in Mecklenburg Vorpommern, Brandenburg auch auf Usedom, Rügen oder am Darss sowie Seenplatte ist dieses Objekt massiv überteuert - Betriebswirtschaft scheint nicht die Stärke zu sein

Am Stechlinsee ist es immer schön. Nur das Quartier hat diesmal gar nicht gepasst! Die Qualität und Ausstattung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Die Ausstattung ist veraltet und völlig überholt. Der Toster scheint aus Uromas Zeiten... Der Kühlschrank ist nur notdürftig in den Schrank geschoben, die Balkonstühle alt, hart (nur ein dünnes Sitzkissen vorhanden) und zum Teil kaputt, die Sonnenliegen verrostet und alt, fehlende Fliegengitter in einem Schlafzimmer... um nur das Auffälligste zu nennen. Und ein Pool stand in der Anzeige, den haben wir gar nicht gefunden...🤔 Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist völlig unpassend! Der Parkplatz (auf der Wiese) wird zusätzlich mit 7,- € vermietet pro Tag, für Kinder ab 13 Jahren eine zusätzliche Gebühr und wenn noch eine zusätzliche erwachsene Person mit anreist, wird noch einmal eine horente Gebühr erhoben. Wucher! Normalerweise buche ich eine Hütte für vier Personen und nicht jede Person dann nochmal extra... Sehr ungewöhnlich und einfach Wucher. Ich empfehle es nicht. Ich habe bereits genug Erfahrungen mit Anderen Unterkünften gesammelt und weiß, es geht besser und wesentlich komfortabeler für den Preis.
