Large vaulted pine ceilings. Hot Tub, Decks off both floors, upper having lake views. Additional amenities: Game Room w/Pool Table, Air Hockey, Shuffleboard, Foosball, Multiple fridges, internet / WiFi, washer/dryer, TV in ALL rooms, BBQ, Snow Sleds & 4 Car Parking.
Also, please keep in mind that you are renting in the mountains and certain animal and critter life can be present inside and outside the home.
Power outages are also common in the mountains during any season as from time to time, trees fall on power lines. This is something we cannot prevent nor control and is part of the possibility while renting in the mountains. Unfortunately , we cannot refund if this happens. Please know that these conditions are present no matter which home you choose to rent.
Ring is installed on the exterior of the home. Mis-stating your occupancy amount by adding guests after the disclosed amount on your reservation and rental agreement, without prior approval, will result in cancelation of reservation and forfeiture of all rents and deposits and can result in immediate eviction. Sorry we have to add this, as past parties have taken advantage of occupancy ordinances. Thank you for your understanding.

If you are booking during the pandemic: Tahoe has closed from time to time with only allowing essential travel. If you do book during one of these times, we will assume that you are essential travel.
**Please note, that if you are booking any dates between November and March their is a strong possibility of snow or the potential of snow. This property has a downward slopping driveway to the house and can become icy at times. It is recommended that you have 4 wheel drive and chains if parking down the driveway. There is also space at the top of the driveway for 2 medium size cars. The driveway can become very icy at times. **MUST READ SNOW REQUIREMENTS** (Shoveling) If you are lucky enough to experience the snow during your stay, please take note of these very important points….
It is advised and recommended that you have snow chains as well as 4 wheel drive.
Our private snow removal company will come and clear driveways and walkways & the bear box area. Snow removal by this company can take place during or after storms once snow has reached 6"-10" and will take place once every 24 hours each time it reaches 6”-10”. We do not have exact times of clearing and they could take place anytime during the night or day.
Sometimes our snow company may need to access the back deck(s). They will knock/ring the doorbell and if you are not home they will access through the home to go straight to the back deck(s). Please understand it is important to remove snow off decks due to weight.
At times, Tahoe can receive large amounts of snow in a short amount of time. When this happens, it slows down response times for the County to remove snow from the streets, as well as for private companies, which clear our driveways. So, there may be a possibility that more snow may have accumulated in the 24 hour period since the last clearing. If on your check out morning or check-in time and this is the case, having 4 wheel drive with chains will allow for you to enter and exit the property timely.
We do supply shovels to assist you getting in and out, should you not be fully equipped with chains and 4 wheel drive. It’s important to understand this, due to snow removal being done on an “as soon as possible” schedule. You and/ or your guests will MOST LIKELY HAVE TO SHOVEL certain areas of the property when needed. Shovels are located in the garage and are meant for snow removal only. Please do not allow children to play with these shovels as they get left outside and covered by snow.
We want to ensure that this information allows you to check out timely. Delays in checking out cause additional cost to us by our cleaning crew and can and will be passed on to the guest unfortunately. We like to be very transparent and up front about expectations from us and from you. This is the same for 95% of short term rentals in Tahoe, although others just don’t disclose this leaving you potential problems.
