Our beautifully updated home will feel like your own private resort vacation. Located in the gated community of The Palms, the home features a beautiful 2 bedroom open floor plan with separate entrance casita with the 3rd bedroom and private bath. Mordernly furnished with all the comforts provided for your stay. Nearly 1/2 acre yard is true paradise with large beach entry pool, separate hot tub, built in BBQ & seating area, 5 hole putting green and sand trap. Spectacular lit up yard makes for magical evenings in the desert. Attached 2 car garage + golf cart garage. Chef's kitchen with island. Master suite has double vanities, walk in shower, soaking tub and large walk in closet. 6 public tennis courts & 8 pickle ball courts 6 miles away, 3 public PGA West Golf Courses just around the corner.
Owners pay 1st $300 of gas and electric, guests pay what is above that. Dogs considered…additional fee will apply. Home does back to Monroe, there is some road noise, weekday mornings mostly.

Paradise in La Quinta

We just returned from our summer getaway at this gorgeous property. It was by far the nicest, most comfortable place we have stayed at... and we have stayed at a lot of homes. It had everything we needed and then some. The pool and the backyard are gorgeous and the highlight of our trip. We were all so sad when it was time to go but have already decided we will definitely come back. You will love it here!

The rock lined pool and curving gardens give this home a unique resort like vibe. Every inch of the backyard has something to offer - place to splash, place to chill, place to play around and put on the green, place to read, place to bbq, place to lounge and place to eat. The interior is extremely comfortable and makes it easy to entertain or just hang and play a board game.
