The condo was very clean, spacious and conveniently located. We enjoyed all of the outdoor furniture in the balcony and spent our evenings there watching the sunset. The owner was very kind and helpful. I’d definitely stay there again.
The property was awesome,,, it looks just like the pictures that was on VRBO great view
It was a easy process,, I did have to contact owners on a slight issue and she did respond quickly,,, even though one problem didn’t get fix,,, I did compromise and it all worked out,,, the property was awesome,, great views and convenience was perfect,,, yes I’ll stay here if I ever come back to orange beach❤️❤️❤️❤️

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We truly appreciated your patience. The front door lock needed a new battery and has been replaced. The hot water in the master bathroom works fine. Just needed to press the red safety button on the knob and turn it to the right. We are glad you enjoyed your vacation in spite of these issues.
Went for the blue angels check in process was a little inconvenient however that’s the only thing I have to complain about other than that the room was very nice and clean and we plan on staying again next year.
It was just as the photos showed and much more. So much room for everyone. We could relax and enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony. The garage parking was a plus. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us.
View was gorgeous. Rooms greats.
Wish that for a three bedroom condo that three parking passes came standard. The management staff was great and worked with us. Thank you.
We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very roomy, luxurious, the style and architecture was very nice and the view from the balcony was spectacular! We had everything we needed there, and it was nice being right down the street from the Flora Bama. The kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. The only thing that would have made it perfect would be to have a crosswalk to walk across the street to the beach. Otherwise, hands down the nicest condo weve ever rented and I highly recommend!

The condo was in very good condition, and very elegant.
Most thing were in very good shape for a rental unit.
My family and I enjoyed our stay and the fact that there was enough room to accomidate our large family.
We ranged in age from (2) years old to the (60's)
THe owners were very nice and informative about the unit.
Instructions and picking up the keys and other information about the condo, and the agency was very nice as well.
The whole complex was very nice, and secure. This is also a great location for any one who likes to see the sites.

Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in
Poor check in
We stay at this property frequently and know the property well and all of its amenities, we travel by boat 99% of the time. The check in process really sucked Had to go to another location to pick up toilet tissue and give them a copy of my cc which could have been done over email, property manager needs to get with the 21st century. Also we stayed for three days and had one towel each. Granted there is a washer and dryer but you are on vacation who wants to do that on vacation

Thank you for your comments. The check-in instructions are detailed in the rental terms, which guests are responsible for reading before they book the condo. Check-in instructions are also detailed in the confirmation letter with check-in information. It clearly indicates that all guests are required to come to our office to check in. I am one person managing almost 70 properties, it would be impossible for me to be at all those locations to check guests in. Also, guest did not indicate that he was coming by boat until after booking. He could have opted to book elsewhere. Thankfully, our office is located on waterfront property with piers, making it easy for guests to arrive by boat.
It's 21st century technologically, but the moral decline is on the rise. Due to fraudulent bookings and misrepresentations by previous guests, we require all guests to check in and show ID. Anyone can send someone else's photo ID by text or email. We are not interested in just booking and collecting money. We want to meet those that will be staying in our property. Many long-term relationships and repeat customers have been formed because of the personal meetings and conversations. We personally hand out the starter kit which contains toilet paper because of guests that claimed housekeeping forgot to leave it in the condo. There were 4 guests and we provided 8 sets of towels. Perhaps you didn't look in the cabinets and thought you only had the ones that were hanging on the towel racks. Please keep in mind that this is a condominium, not a hotel. We do not provide daily maid service, which is also clearly outlined in the rental terms.
This property is amazing. There is so much room inside the unit and everything was in excellent shape. The place is top notch. Loved the large living room (basically 2) and the balcony was huge and had plenty of places to sit and enjoy the amazing sunsets on the bay. The beach is just across the street and there is a private walkway so that’s nice. Parking was underground and easy to access. Other reviews have mentioned that the check in process is a little much. You are basically passing right by where the check-in office is. It’s may be eight minutes off the main road and then back down. As long as you know you’re going there first. It’s no big deal at all. I think we are probably going to rebook for the summer. Another small thing is that we left something (my teen left his shoes) and the owner reached out via text. On our way home to let us know, and is actually shipping them back to me (I am paying shipping but that is not something most host would even do).
We rented this Condo to come down for my husband's graduation from Columbia Southern University. It was during off season which was nice that it was not busy however they were doing construction, nice to see they were Taking care of the property.
For check in we had to drive 15-20 minutes out of the way to sign the contract and get our codes to get in, something that was NOT mentioned in the add! After a long drive that was frustrating. When we got on-site the price of parking was higher than what was advertised. There is only room for one vehicle underneath and another vehicle Up-top. Apparently there are assigned spaces, something we weren't told until security came to ask us move to our assigned space.
The Condo and view was over all amazing and perfect for our needs. We had 2 couples and one individual. 2 rooms had king beds and one room had 2 full size beds each had a bathroom. The positives were the kitchen was big and wet bar area had an extra ice maker & wine fridge. We all said we would come back if the price was right as cooking would be easy to cook for family and friends with plenty of sitting and eating area. The view on the balcony was beautiful any time of the day! The couches inside & outside were comfortable to sit and talk at and the tables were nice to sit and eat breakfast or have a cup of coffee at.
Our biggest problem was all 3 bathrooms the lighting was VERY pour so if your trying to put on Make-up and do your hair it's not good! The first bedroom on the right is outside of the elevators and there is a light that is on all night long. Our friends that stayed in that room had to use a blanket to block out the light. They didn't hear a lot of noise but it wasn't busy, had it been peak season I think that would have been a different story.
The beach is across the busy highway, there is no crosswalk, could be dangerous with little kids. We were not given a code for the gate to the beach by our rental property but someone else gave it to us and we enjoyed a day on the beach it was beautiful! We used the indoor pool and hot tub along with out door hot tub and it was nice. Our friends used the gym, sauna and steam room and enjoyed those also! Great perks!
The other downside is we payed a cleaning fee however they had us do the dishes and wash & put the towels in the dryer which made us have to arrange things only to leave! They could arrange that differently! Over all not bad!

Thank you for taking the time to write an honest review. We appreciate all comments, both good and bad, as this is an important tool for keeping our property in good shape.
Unless coming from Florida, the route to Bella Luna is via. Foley Beach Express. Our office is located only 2 miles (4 minutes) off Foley Beach Express. Before booking our condo, guests are notified of the need to come to our office to check in. "All guests are required to come to our office at Wolf Bay Landing Condo, which is en route to Bella Luna, to check in. Those that do not wish to come to the office to check in are encouraged to book elsewhere." This statement was in the reply to the rental inquiry.
Complete rental terms were attached to the booking inquiry, which clearly instruct guests to call to get current price for the parking pass, as the condo association may change the fee from time to time. Also, it was explained during check in that each condo is permitted two vehicles, one can park in the garage marked with our unit number, the second vehicle must park upstairs, which are not designated parking.
Information concerning codes was given to the guest during check in, which had the unit door code, wifi code, gate code and fitness room code, as well as the gate code for the paved walkway to the beach. Guest was also informed during check in where the paved walkway to the beach is located and the code.
We do ask guests to wash the towels and put them in the dryer because the dryer takes over two hours to dry and it helps with rental turn overs. We also ask that the trash be taken to the trash chute at the end of the hall, which helps to keep bugs out. We ask that the dishes be loaded in the dishwasher and turned on, which, again, keeps bugs out. We do not ask our guests to put anything away, they do not have to wait for the machines to finish. With almost 70 properties and shortage of cleaners (most companies are having problems getting workers), we can't always get to the condo immediately after the guests leave. These steps simply help to keep the condos free of bugs and odor. We ask our guests, but we don't force them to do these things. Most of our guests do not mind doing these three things.
Bathroom lights, we will see what can be done to improve the lighting; however, the existing lights are what was designed by the original developer/Architect.
Our experience has been that many guests do not read the rental terms before booking.
My Mom, my husband and I stayed in the condo. It was even better than advertised! It was quiet and very comfortable. The appliances were all high end and worked great. It was very spacious. The owner even installed a new TV because the one in the living room was not working correctly. The pools and hot tubs were wonderful. The beach was just across the street. The river behind the condo was great and we spent a lot of time on the deck watching the boats. The deck was amazing! We will definitely stay there again.
The unit was very nice. We enjoyed the deck a lot! Conveniently located and very quite. We would definitely stay again and tell other family and friends about it.
The property was amazing. Would highly recommend this property. Will be staying here again. It was just 4 adults and we had plenty of room at this unit. The view is amazing. Very spacious for the 4 of us. We each had our own bathrooms. Definitely bring extra dishwasher machine soap and aluminum foil and your coffee if your plan on cooking in the kitchen. Over all it was easy to get to and easy to access. Plenty of pool space and beach access is right across the street. Florbama and liquor store is just a 5 min walk. Thank you the stay. We enjoyed our time in Orange Beach.
We had a wonderful New Year's at this property. The location was great, and everything was easy to get to. The property is self was in wonderful condition. The amenities were good, but none of the outdoor pools are heated, so everyone used the one indoor pool.
A stunning and absolutely perfect stay! Working with the owner was amazing! I can’t wait to visit here again! We have always stayed on the beach but we loved this condo! Above my expectations! Scenery was perfect! Watching all the boats and Ono Island lights In the evening is breath taking!! And the balcony is huge, the pools were amazing, everything you needed and close to some delicious restaurants!
Property was immaculate thru-out and we had a great time..
