10th Floor with Awesome Views & FREE Parking Garage Access!

DISCLAIMER: *The Phoenix VI Balcony Handrail Recoating Project will be taking place from 1/5/26 - 3/14/26. Swing stages will be present and there may be a small amount of noise due to pressure washing of balconies during the handrail recoating process.

Phoenix 6 Unit #1009...You will LOVE this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the 10th floor. The views are breathtaking and the condo is beautifully decorated! From the 10th floor balcony, you have awesome views of Perdido Pass and Alabama Point to enjoy with your morning coffee or your evening cocktail! You will feel like you've arrived in paradise!

The beautiful living room has views of the gulf, plenty of seating, a queen sofa sleeper and a 52' flat screen tv!

The Master bedroom has its own entrance to the gulf-front balcony, a king sized bed with a comfortable new mattress, ensuite bathroom and a 36' flat screen tv!

The guest bedroom has two full sized beds with new mattresses, an ensuite bathroom and a 40' flat screen tv!

In addition to this, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals. We provide a standard coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker! And....wireless internet is provided at no additional charge!

The dining area seats 4 with two additional seats at the adjoining counter. The balcony dining area seats four and has a chaise lounge for relaxing after a wonderful day at the beach!

A private, underground parking spot is also available for you to use during your stay! And, you can purchase another pass to park a second vehicle (2 cars MAX)

We had a great stay over New Years with our 4 boys. There was plenty to do and the indoor pool was great when it got cool out. The condo was well appointed. Every time we went to cook or prepare something we always had what we needed. Really appreciated that! The beach access was also super easy! Definitely would stay here again!

We loved this condo! It was right on the beach and we had a great view. We saw dolphins from the balcony! I loved that both bedrooms had their own full bathroom. It was easy to get in and out of the parking area. It was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked with anything you could possibly need to cook with or entertain. Two coffee makers, a drip coffee maker and a Keurig. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!
