This is a LOFT condo in a great location. Great for a single or a couple. Nicely kept inside, good kitchen, nicely designed bathrooms. Location can't be beat: walking distance to the Eagle lift in Park City Mountain is maybe five minutes. Good connections from buses on the main street, or the bus outside that comes every 30 minutes. The club house next door is a great addition, with a spacious hot tub, heated pool and a sauna.
Great apartment - walking distance to Park City base
Gorgeous - clean - new - amazing location. Please note - this is a loft one bedroom, so limits privacy if traveling as a family. Only issue is that hot water ran out pretty quickly - we spaced out our showers. But otherwise, this place is a GEM. We also loved the amenities (hot tub, pool, sauna, etc.). Don't think twice about booking this great place :)
Clean, good size, quiet, loft style condo at 3 kings. Open kitchen, living, dining area and full bathroom on 1st floor. Bedroom and 2nd bathroom in upper loft space. Covered parking. Ski Lift is about 5 minutes walk. Old town is 25 minutes walk or 10 minutes by bus. Bus stop a block away. Hot water can run out after long shower. Condo doesn't get direct sunlight. Would have liked more space to hang things as there is no closet.Would stay here again.
- We didn't use hot tub or pool, had no time nor did we take swimming suits.- Kitchen was pretty good and had everything. We only needed to buy products and cooking oil.- Apartment was very good & clean. For our family of four it was spacious enough.- Wi-fi was good. We didn't use TV.- Great fireplace, which also allowed us to dry wet ski gear.- Two bathrooms saved many days.- Hot water was enough for two people shower at the end of the day, but for more might have some trouble with hot water depleted. Was not a problem for us.- It is a short walking distance to the ski lift, the good ski rental place (Jans), to the free bus stop and a bit longer, but still not too far is the very good grocery shop.Few things made me set overall 4 stars instead of 5:- Slippery part of concrete between the porch and the garage entrance. Had to be super careful ALL the time to avoid falls.- Paired aircons were really weird. If you switch one off, the other odes not seem to work. If you set both up for 70, they fluctuate between 71 and 80. Which makes sleeping a problem when it gets too hot. Better fix that mess soon.Anyhow, a reasonable place to stay for skiing. I bet it is similarly good in summer too.

The HOA is responsible for clearing the patio leading to the condo. If you would have called us we could have called them or come over and shovel it for you. So sorry. I wished you would have call about the heating. There are 2 separate mini splits one for the upstairs and one for the downstairs. We could have give you guidance on how to best set them.
