The house is located in a closed complex, which is located directly on the beach, in Rogowo 72-330, about 170 km behind the border.
The Rogowo area offers a variety of scenic and historical attractions. The most popular localities in the area: Kołobrzeg (Kolberg 18 km) and Trzebiatów (Treptow 15 km) are filled with neo-Gothic and medieval sights, and the nearby villages and farms draw attention with picturesque churches and bridges.
Rogowo is a dream town, located in the Trzebiatów-Kołobrzeg-Powiat (Treptow-Kolberg), awarded as a seaside resort - Natur 2000, in the Kolberg microclimate zone.
The vicinity of Baltic Sea towns such as Mrzezyno (4 km) and Dzwirzyno (3 km) ensures that every tourist finds something for themselves. The nearby tourist routes, bike paths and paddle tours are only a part of the offers for all lovers of active relaxation.
Closed and guarded property, an ideal place for everyone who appreciates rest and comfortable relaxation. There is an outdoor swimming pool (water is heated), a playground and green areas available to guests. In the immediate vicinity there is a tennis court, a sports field and a stud farm. In the high season there is a small spa / wellness area and fitness room and a restaurant for the small hunger.
Wide, fine sandy beach, not crowded even in the season, with plenty of space to relax, play ball, fly the kite etc pp, surrounded by the pine forest, makes it a dream place for relaxation and a relaxing holiday.

Leider war das Haus nicht sehr gut gereinigt. WLAN Empfang nur unten, nicht im Obergeschoss. Im SZ oben fehlt ein Rollo, somit ist das Zimmer ab Sonnenaufgang hell, TV mussten wir selbst einstellen. Schönes Haus allerdings wirkt alles ein bisschen abgewohnt. Traumhafter Strand, zu Fuß zu erreichen. Im Restaurant in der Siedlung ist es unmöglich einen Tisch zu bekommen.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit viel Platz für die gesamte Familie

Wir haben das Haus und die Anlage sehr genossen. Toller Pool, srhr schöner Strand in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Nicht so schön ist die Straße hinterm Haus. Sie brachte etwas Lärm zu uns, genauso wie das Befüllen der Mülltonnen hinter dem Haus. Aber beides ist nicht so wild. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Ostseestrand und Kultur

Wir haben die Tage trotz bescheidenem Wetter sehr genossen. Es war genügend Platz für unsere Familie (5 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) - zum Essen, Spielen, Schlafen und Genießen - und eine tolle Ausstattung. Das Rauschen der Ostsee war überall zu hören und wir haben die Spaziergänge sowie die Besuche im nahen Kolberg genossen. Wir freuen uns auf einen weiteren Besuch!

Excellent place for a family holiday

We loved everything about this property as well as hosting service offer by Yvonne and Ewa who were always available to answer any of our questions. The location of the house is just perfect, with a beautiful beach on the doorstep and a very clean swimming pool available anytime. We enjoyed the restaurant and the local attractions. We shall be back soon as everyone wanted this holiday to last even longer. Thank you!

Perfekt mit kleinem Aber

Wir waren im August 22 mit 6 Personen in dem wunderschönen Haus, 4 Erwachsene und 2 angehende Teenager. Was uns als einziges etwas negativ aufgefallen ist, ist die tägliche Müllentsorgung. Leider grenzt das Haus an den Müllplatz und Gläser werden rund um die Uhr entsorgt. Dafür kann aber die Vermieterin nichts, das müsste allgemein im Resort geklärt werden. Ansonsten ist das Haus perfekt und es fehlt einem an nichts. Es war super sauber und entspricht zu 100% den Bildern. Platz ist völlig ausreichend, auch locker für 8 Personen. Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und es ist wirklich sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Weg zum Strand waren keine 2 Minuten und auch dort war alles sauber und wir hatten trotz Hochsaison weder Gedränge noch Menschenmassen. Wir können diese Unterkunft 100% weiterempfehlen.

Dejligt hus

Vi havde en dejlig ferie. Huset var virkelig lækkert. Der var rent og pænt og vi have rigtig god plads. Omgivelserne var perfekte. Ikkelangt til en dejlig børnevenlig strand og poolen var lige uden for. Kan varmt anbefales.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern, zwischen 7 Monaten und 5 Jahren, im Juni dort. In dem Haus gab es alles was man brauchte. Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fußläufiger Entfernung. Der Strand war zu Fuß, auch mit Kleinkindern, gut zu erreichen und sehr sauber. Wir hatten, bis auf die Mücken, einen tollen Urlaub.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir waren zu vier 3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. Das Haus war dafür mit seiner Größe sehr schön. Leider gibt es in den oberen Etagen kein deutsches Fernsehen das steht auch in der Beschreibung - das blöde war das daß WLAN in der 1 Etagen aber leider auch nicht funktioniert. Das war echt schade, da sollte was gemacht werden. Die Müllecke die gleich nebenan ist war jeden Tag so voll das Müll auf den Boden vor den Tonnen geschmissen wurde. Das hat ziemlich gestunken obwohl jeden Tag ein Müllwagen kam. Das Haus liegt direkt an der Straße! Und gegenüber ist ein Landschulheim abends war es dort schon sehr laut. Wir hatten zum Glück das Schlafzimmer auf der anderen Seite. Ansonsten war das Haus sehr schön und auch die Anlage und der Pool sehr sauber. Die Leute auch alle sehr nett wir hatten ausschließlich polnische Nachbarn - ich denke mal Corona geschuldet. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön. Nur die Steigung vom Strand durch den hohen Sand und durch das kleine Waldstück da sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine und große Dinge die man machen kann Langeweile kommt garantiert nicht auf. Leider fehlte uns ein bisschen eine Klimaanlage da es sehr viele Mücken gab und wir kein Fenster öffnen konnten haben wir sehr viel geschwitzt. Fliegengitter wären auch gut gewesen. Meine Schwester haben sie ziemlich zerstoßen. An draußen sitzen war leider in den Abendstunden nicht zu denken. Die Apotheke konnte und aber sofort helfen und nach 3 Tagen ließen uns die Biester in Ruhe. Eine Ameisenstrasse gab es auch quer über die Sitzecke draußen. Da konnten wir aber mit Essig und Lavendel Abhilfe schaffen überall waren auch Ameisenköder ausgelegt. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub trotz Corona. Das Haus können wir weiter empfehlen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin lief zu jeder Zeit sehr gut und auch vor Ort konnten wir immer Bescheid sagen.

Wunderschön

Das Haus und die Ferienanlage sind einfach nur traumhaft und lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage und der superschöne Sandstrand bieten Erholung pur. Die Kommunikation mit der sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieterin verlief erfrischend unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder, vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Das Haus ist wunderschön ausgestattet. Es ist genau so wie wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Auch die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war eine wahre Freude. Sehr herzlich und sehr viele wertvolle Tipps für unsere Zeit vor Ort. Wir freuen uns auf ein baldige Wiedersehen. Ganz großes Lob. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls Top und endlich mal ein Haus in dem auch Putzmittel vorhanden sind und nicht erst besorgt werden müssen da sie nur für einen Tag reichen. Hier waren wir vollkommen zufrieden. Danke schön 👍 liebe Grüße von uns allen
