About this property

North Sea Cottage ROBBE in Burhave - right on the DEICH! Pets welcome!

NEW! Newly renovated!

Our cottage is a detached house in half-timbered style and pitched roof. The house is located in a prime holiday location in the holiday park "Am Meer" in the North Sea resort of Burhave on the peninsula Butjadingen in Lower Saxony. It is located in a quiet location and all utilities and the North Sea beach can be reached in a few minutes.

The house has just been completely renovated and is for max. 6 persons + toddler available. The house has an attractively furnished living room with adjoining open dining area. The new and fully inventoried fitted kitchen is located next to the shower and the separate toilet, each with a sink on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. In one bedroom there is also a bunk bed. Outside there is a covered terrace and a patio. Children's bicycles and children's toys are of course available. A baby cot and a high chair are also available if needed.

The cottage has a flat screen TV with satellite channels.

Gemütliches familienfreundliches Häuschen

Wir haben uns in dem Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist auch an sich gut ausgestattet. Es gibt für die Kinder jede Menge Spielzeug. Leider gab es weder eine Waschmaschine noch einen Trockner wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Wir würden es trotzdem jederzeit wieder buchen.

Super gemütliches Haus mit toller Ausstattung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, eine Kuscheldecke auf dem Sofa wäre toll gewesen. Ansonsten top Ausstattung. Für die Kids schönes Spielzeug und Bücher 📚 Wohlige Wärme dank Nachtspeicherofen. In der Dusche hat es etwas muffig gerochen und es war etwas Schimmel in den Fugen aber die Wassertemperatur war super regulierbar und der Duschkopf 🚿 gut. Hier einen Stern Abzug. Den schönen Garten haben wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit nicht genutzt. Die Lage war sehr schön, ruhige Siedlung und alles fußläufig gut erreichbar. Ich kann das Haus weiter empfehlen, nur nicht für Kleinkinder und Menschen mit Handycap da viele Stufen im Haus.

Alles bestens

Das Haus sieht von außen gut aus und auch von innen ist es schön, für uns 5 war alles ausreichend da und wir konnten uns selbst verpflegen. Der Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung Frau Fischer war sehr gut, sie ist sehr sehr nett und steht bei Fragen immer zur Seite. WLAN gibt es in diesem Haus nicht, auch wenn es in der Anzeige beschrieben ist. Es sind 2 Fahrräder für Kleinkinder, 1 Roller und 1 Bobby Cars vorhanden, sandspielzeug ist kaum da, man sollte sich selbst welches einpacken, grad an einer schaufel mangelt es. Ansonsten war alles super und ich würde auch ein weiteres Mal meinen Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus verbringen.

Super mooi huis

Super mooi vakantiehuis. Alles wat je nodig bent is aanwezig. Wij waren met 4 volwassenen. Het huis ligt vlakbij de dijk. Waar je gezellig op het terras kunt zitten.
