Enjoy your own paradise in Sandbridge at this magnificent seaside home with a beautifully landscaped exterior including an in-ground pool and pool cabana, and a professionally designed interior for whatever your vacation dreams dream of.

The private pool has ample deck space with lots of chairs and loungers and your very own beach cabana bar with a full-size refrigerator for drinks and snacks. Relax in the hot tub under a pergola, casting enough light shade to make even the hottest afternoon sun enjoyable. The whole family will enjoy this backyard oasis!

Inside are seven main suites offering plenty of privacy and decks galore on both sides of two levels. The great room has plenty of seating for relaxing or meals, and the well-equipped kitchen will be a pleasure to prepare meals in for your guests. Plenty of cabinets for food and drink storage, along with a pantry located just off the kitchen. No one has to miss their favorite team with LCD TVs in the ground-level rec room and the top-level great room, both with surround sound. Or just kick back on movie night and don’t forget the popcorn!

The ground level boasts a game/den area, with a pool table, a poker/card/board game table, and bar with counter seating, as well as a mini-fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. Use the space to come in from the pool or beach to get a fresh drink and snacks. Easy access to the beach with the public path just steps away from the house. No one will mind restocking the cooler or snacks from the beach, it will be a breeze from Absolut Paradise.

The top-level features a great room with LCD TV, surround sound, stereo with outdoor wireless speakers, DVD, deck access, kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel refrigerator, two dishwashers, bar with sink and counter seating for four, pantry, dining table with seating for 12, smaller table with seating for four, deck access with ocean views, half bathroom. Two king main suites both with private baths and deck access with ocean views.

The mid-level offers a king main suite with private bath, LCD TV, and deck access; a queen main suite with private bath, LCD TV, and deck access; another king main suite with private bath, LCD TV, and deck access; a kid-friendly bunk suite with private bath, LCD TV, and deck access (twin/twin and twin/double); and laundry with two full-size stackable washers and dryers.

The ground-level has the rec room with pool table, poker table, LCD TV, soundbar, kitchenette with sink, dishwasher, microwave, and mini-fridge. Access to poolside patio, hall bathroom, king main suite with LCD TV, and a queen bedroom with LCD TV.

The pool will be open from late April through early/mid-October.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
