This condo is professionally decorated and furnished with comfort and relaxation in mind. Your Oceanfront Oasis will sleep a family of eight comfortably, offering a king bed in the main bedroom, another king bed in the second bedroom, and two twin-size bunk sets in the third bedroom.

You will wake to stunning sunrises on a beach that will beckon you to comb its sands for treasures offered up by the ocean overnight. Relaxing on the balcony, the north, east, and south panoramic views will afford opportunities for watching playful dolphins in the surf and gracefully soaring sea birds such as pelicans, seagulls, and gannets. A short walk southward brings you to Little Island Pier where you could very likely hook up with the “catch of the day” to be served up in your own professionally equipped kitchen.

Your hosts have left no consideration for your enjoyment untapped. All of the TVs are HDTVs with DVD players. Also, there are board games for hours of family fun time as well. Access to the owner’s garage storage unit is granted for your use. Oceanfront Oasis has also been designed for the comfort of any vacationer, including persons with a disability, with lower countertops, a lowered microwave, and handrails in the main bathroom tub/shower. Do not waste a moment in booking your stay in Ocean Oasis - this is a very popular home away from home!

The use of condo amenities (with no additional resort fee) includes three swimming pools and two fitness centers.

Things to Know
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
