Ilene was gracious, kind, helpful. We loved enjoyed the outdoors, porch and chairs with lake view. We were busy with the festival and didn’t use the pool or hot tub. The king bed was very comfortable, the property was quiet with no distracting or disturbing neighbors, it was prefect for our get away. The only thing we’d do differently next time is stay longer. I recommend the Captains Landing!

Absolutely perfect getaway!This place did not disappoint. My husband and I had a wonderful stay with breathtaking views. We especially loved having our morning coffee while watching the sunrise from the private deck—such a peaceful start to the day. The pool and grounds were beautifully maintained, and Ilene is a fabulous host—welcoming, attentive, and thoughtful. We can’t wait to come back!

Great time in Granbury

Weekend get away

We loved it

This place is perfect. We were looking for a comfortable stay that we would spend the whole weekend at. The view is amazing everywhere; the hot tub, heated pool, dock, gazebo, and balcony. The bed and pillows are so comfortable, the sheets and towels are soft. It exceeded expectations, 10/10 will definitely be staying again

We had the best time - very quiet and relaxing. Perfect for a weekend getaway. There was plenty of space for the two of us, and the finishes on the inside are lovely! One of our favorite things was to watch boats go by as we sat on the deck or floated in the pool. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful place, exceeded expectations!

My wife and I had a truly enjoyed our stay. The views from the apartment and patio are wonderful. The place is very well decorated, stocked and clean - and the bed was so comfortable! Having access to the pool and boat dock to watch the entertainment of the lake was a lot of fun. We also loved the privacy of being at the end of the cul-de-sac. Cliff and Ilene are fantastic hosts!

We had the best experience. The pool was fantastic and the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommend. This is not a negative comment- but there's no ice maker on the property so I suggest bringing an ice chest if you'd like to have ice for cold drinks :)

We have always loved our weekends in Granbury, but Captain's Landing was a bonus this time! BEAUTIFUL views of the lake were amazing to wak up to and enjoy throughout the day. The pool was so refreshing and fun to hang out and watch the boats go by. The owners let us use their boat dock which helped my husband since he fished each day. We will definitely go back!

Peaceful Anniversary

I surprised my husband with a weekend getaway for our anniversary. This was the perfect place! It's beautiful, peaceful & serene. Sitting on the balcony drinking coffee each morning while taking in the views from the lake was my favorite. The owner thought of every detail when creating this little slice of heaven.
