Holiday house at the Hotel Seeblick Edersee, Waldeck

The house is for non-smokers only. Animals are not allowed.

Our wooden house is located behind the main house. The large east / south balcony 5.40mx 2.50m, with a view of our motorhome campground, offers enough space to relax. You can open 2 large doors to the balcony. All windows are provided with fly nets. You are awakened by the sun in the morning.

The house is bright and friendly. It has been tastefully furnished and has an extra bedroom with bunk beds.
The small bathroom is fantastically beautiful, with a great shower and designer sink with waterfall tap.
A small kitchenette with fridge, 2 hot plates and sink. Dishes and cooking utensils are provided.
Access to the house is via our large terrace of the restaurant.

Bed linen / towels can be brought along or borrowed in the form of laundry packages for around € 12 per person. The beds would then be made upon arrival. The laundry packages must be ordered separately. Payment is made on site.
The laundry package must be canceled at least 7 days before arrival, as our holiday home is always fully equipped. If the laundry package was not canceled, the full amount must be paid in cash when checking in.

The laundry package consists of 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 tea towel / dish cloth, 1 shower mat, 1 pillow case, 1 duvet cover and 1 fitted sheet.




In 2002 our family became the owner of the lake view in Waldeck on the Edersee. The house has been completely renovated and offers a great atmosphere with a view of the Edersee.

The location is unique on the lake.
We are centrally located on the waterfront, between the valley station of the mountain railway to the castle and the Waldeck West boat dock.
There is a sailing and diving school in the immediate vicinity.
The Ederseeradweg leads right past the house.
The entrance to the “Urwaldsteig” is approx. 100 m from the house.
There's a bus station nearby.

The holiday home is not connected to the operation of Seeblick Ferien. It is a single house. The services of the hotel / guest house are not included here. At certain times, especially in the low season, there is no hotel / pension and restaurant.


The city of Waldeck charges visitor's tax of € 1 per person in the period from May 1st to October 31st. This is payable in cash upon check-in.
