Great location with breathtaking view. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Fully equipped with everything we needed. The fire pit is a bonus. Host was very prompt in responding to my questions. Clear check in instructions were provided with answers to FAC’s.
The kitchen is fine & nicely finished with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property is very attractively furnished & adults will enjoy all the wonderful outdoor accessories. It may not be the best spot for young children.
Beautiful house spotless clean. Quite location with waterfront access. The home is well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the boats go in and out of the marinas.
April was a quiet time to visit this condo before the summer crowds. Easy access to marinas. Great walking opportunity down the point to see the sunrise.
Perfect for 2 couples. Charming & cozy cottage with great views of the water and beautiful sunsets. Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Well equipped kitchen with a large island to enjoy fresh local seafood. Relaxing & peaceful retreat that we needed. Delicious dinner at Dredge and breakfast at Sandy Bottom. Nice welcoming goodies from the host. We will definitely be staying at Tranquil Seas again.
Our stay was wonderful; we'll definitely be planning a return visit. The house was warm, welcoming and very nicely laid out and decorated. Being so close to the water was impressive and perfectly located. The indoor and outdoor areas were comfortable and relaxing! We love to fish so there was no disappointment, we caught fish! Seeing all the beautiful boats pass by made it even more worthwhile.A highlight was capturing a beautiful sunset which I'm sharing. Our hostess was excellent to work with, and we had a pleasant, stress-free experience from start to finish!
We spent a couple of days fishing and antiquing around Deltaville and the Northern Neck. The house had everything we needed for our stay - a nice living area, fully outfitted kitchen and comfortable beds. Beautiful view of the water and sunsets. We will come back!

Hello Joan,
Yes, the winds can be chilly on the water this time of year. Thank you for booking with Tranquil Seas and I am glad you enjoyed your stay!
Sincerely,
Dara
What a gorgeous, relaxing setting!!! Water views even better than photos; you feel like you were right on the water! Refreshingly clean, sanitized & bright. Wish we had more time, but we were there for a family wedding, so just 2 nights. There was an air mattress in one of the closets, which constituted the 5th sleeping spot. Only 3 in our group, but my son stayed on the couch (not a pullout) which was comfortable. Just an fyi.

Adorable beach house! Fully equipped kitchen! And it was so nice to cook in it! The island is amazing. Decor is so cozy. Quiet location at the end of the street. Beautiful views. Very clean. Welcome bag with drinks and snacks! Comfortable couch. If I have to have a negative, the towels could be better. Ate at The Table in town and had one of the finest dining experiences we have ever had. They make everything from scratch! Delicious!
