The apartment 1 can be reached via a separate entrance to the left of the main entrance. Through the loggia, which is furnished with a small seating area and the cloakroom, you enter the apartment. The with its 64 square meters spacious 2-bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor and offers 3-4 people enough space for a comfortable Baltic Sea holiday. The living room offers guests a cozy corner couch (mattress 140 x 200) with flat screen TV and a separate dining area. The semi-open kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, small dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. The bright bedroom towards the garden is furnished with a double bed with separate mattresses (90 x 200), a wardrobe and an additional TV. The sunny south-facing balcony, also with a view of the garden, promises pleasant hours of relaxation and can be entered via the bedroom. In the spacious bathroom with window guests have both a shower and a bath and washbasin / WC. A parking space is available on the enclosed property.
