Our quiet house is located at 1000 m above sea level between Birchabruck and Eggen, or Air line between Deutschnofen and Welschnofen and offers 6 vacation studio apartment rooms with mini kitchen, as well as 2 vacation rooms each for two (max. Three) people. All rooms have balconies. Minimum stay three days.

Holiday room 3 on the 1st Upper floor with space-saving wall bed for two people. View from the balcony to the west to the terrace in the afternoon sun. (Without satellite TV, without mini kitchen)

Catering, bed linen, towels and room cleaning in self-service.

A cozy lounge with a basic stove on the terrace floor is ideal for large groups and invites you to a sociable evening.

It is located in the Eggental valley below Eggen, surrounded by forest, meadow, water on the rushing mountain stream, only a few minutes by car from the SkiCenter Latemar / Obereggen. All studio rooms with mini kitchen, satellite TV (except room 1 and 3), bathroom, central heating are equipped with French. Double bed, additional bed, table, two chairs, closet and balcony table with two chairs.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

The kitchen in the basement is intended for friends from several apartments and can be booked for shared cooking pleasure.

The sun terraces, which can also be reached from the ground-level lounges, as well as the natural meadow and the sun island in the stream, are available to the guests of the apartments for a free, comfortable stay.

Super schöner, absolut kurzfristig möglich gemachter Urlaub.

Das Zimmer hatte alles was wir brauchten. Die Vermieter, ein sehr freundliches Ehepaar, sind offen und hilfsbereit. Wir haben es sehr genossen im Freien frühstücken zu können. Als Ausgangspunkt für unserer Motorradtouren war der Standort perfekt. Auch die Mitarbeiterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke für diesen schönen Kurzurlaub.

Wunderschön gelegene idyllische Unterkunft

Wunderschön gelegen und ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Touren im Rosengarten und Latemar. Wir wurden herzlichst willkommen geheißen und haben unsere Tage hier sehr genossen. Nachdem leider kein Appartement mehr frei war, wurde uns liebevoll ein „Küchenbrett“ ins Bad gebaut und wir bekamen Geschirr und Wasserkocher, so dass wir morgens gemütlich in unserem Zimmer frühstücken konnten. Der Balkon war großzügig und man konnte ihn in der Abendsonne genießen. Die schönen Renovierungen und Umbauten laden geradezu dazu ein hier mal mit einer größeren Freundesgruppe Urlaub zu machen. Vielen Dank. Wir kommen gern wieder!
