The apartment meadow consists of a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a bathroom and garden. With a 3 person use, an additional single bed room is provided.
The apartment is fully furnished, bed linen is also provided. Towels, however, are to be brought along.
In the garden there is a seating set with a table, where you can also comfortably spend the cozy hours of the day.

You can go on hikes directly from the house. The mountains are in the immediate vicinity. Even Bolzano can be reached in 20 minutes.

Perfect for a small family

Clean place with enough space for three people. It is located far enough from a center of a village not to be disturbed by a party during a night but still near to go by foot for dinner or to use the local lift to the Kölner Hütte

Angenehme Unterkunft mit sehr netten Vermietern

Sie Wohnung war geräumig, top ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen und angenehm kühl an heißen Nachmittagen. Supermärkte, Bushaltestellen und Seilbahn waren fußläufig innerhalb von einer Viertelstunde erreichbar.Wir haben sowohl die Gegend von Welschnofen als auch die Wohnung sehr genossen und können beides rundum empfehlen.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene nell' appartamento di Veronika. Casa pulita completa di tutto il neccessario, comodissimo il giardino con super veduta. Ottimo posto per fare meravigliose escursioni. Un grazie alla sig. Veronika per la gentilezza con cui ci ha accolto.

Hervorragend!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sehr sauber, vollkommen ausgestattet, alles funktioniert und ist in gepflegtem Zustand. Die Zimmer sind groß und es ist ausreichend Stauraum vorhanden dank Schränke und praktischen Haken. Es gibt einen großen Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, damit man sich bestens selbst versorgen kann. Besondere Annehmlichkeiten: Das Auto kann immer direkt vor der Haustür parken. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte, Schläger und Ball. Der schöne, gepflegte Garten mit Blick auf den Rosengarten, Tischen und Stühlen lädt zum Einnehmen der Mahlzeiten im Freien ein. Mit der inklusive Gästekarte bekommt man Rabatt beim Kauf des Seilbahntickets und kann kostenlos mit dem Bus fahren. Und vor allem: Die Gastgeber sind warmherzig, hilfsbereit und sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht. Wir waren eine Erwachsene und zwei jugendliche Kinder und haben eine tolle Ferienwoche gehabt: tagsüber Hochgebirgswanderungen und dann Erholung in einer einwandfreien Wohnung.
