Everything you need for a family vacation, dining & nightlife are walking distance from your new found favorite vacation spot! After a day of sight seeing enjoy yourself outside with family or friends. Vacation, or quick get away you've found paradise!

We are excited to meet you and for you to enjoy the most beautiful Sunsets (our favorite)! We are Pittsburgh natives GO STEELERS! but beach bums at heart. We have spent a lot of time in St. Pete, and fell in love with Sunset Beach and all it has to offer. The locals are the best and the chill vibe will have you rethinking returning home.

Why they chose this property

You will love this beach community! The locals are the best. The property is tucked away just behind the activity if you like to get in the mix, but located on a quiet street for you to relax your worries away! There is plenty of outdoor seating for coffee, drinks, sitting around the fire or outdoor dining. There is a foot shower to the left of the yellow door, or an outdoor surfboard shower in the back (best thing ever)! If you don't feel like planning Caddy's on the beach is a full service, restaurant, bar, and they provide beach chairs and umbrellas for tips only! The location will not disappoint you :)

What makes this property unique

Sunset Beach is a unique peninsula off of Treasure Island, in St. Petersburg, Florida. There aren't any other local beaches where you don't have to cross a major throughway to get to the beach. One mile away is the St. Pete Beach Community Center with a nice outdoor pool, and fitness facility and the charge is minimal. We love how close we are to everything! Downtown St. Pete is less than 20 minutes from the property with shopping, dining, bars, and activities at the new pier. There are numerous parks and nature preserves nearby. Of course the Treasure Island Slide is a must! John's Pass is a fun shopping area with water activities, fishing information, ice cream, food, candy, souvenirs, and very frequent dolphin sightings off of the pier. By the way, don't be surprised if you observe dolphins, manatee, and pelicans from your beach chair! Oh and KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR SEAGULLS if you are planning on opening your picnic basket on the beach. They're sneaky and QUICK!
