THE PROPERTY

This newly updated home, provides plenty of room for everyone: Master Bedroom on Main Floor: King Bed | Bedroom 2 on Main Floor: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3/Bunk Room on main Floor: Two Queen-over-Queen Bunk Beds and one Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed | Bedroom 4 Lower Level: Queen Bed | Bedroom 5 Lower Level: One King Bed

- Through the front door walk into the "Main Level" and find a well-equipped kitchen for the executive chef.

- Directly off the kitchen is the dining area and great room with a brand new 70” Flat Screen TV mounted above the fireplace.

- The master bedroom, located on the main floor has a private master bathroom that includes a large jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks, private deck overlooking the lake, and a new 55" TV in the bedroom

- Directly off the dining area is the upper deck overlooking the lake and private dock. Perfect for your morning coffee or evening cookouts.

- Also off the main level you will find Bedroom 2 with one queen bed and bedroom 3 (bunk room) with two queen-over-queen bunk beds and one twin-over-twin bunk bed. Just between these two bedrooms is a full bath.

- The Lower Level, one floor down from the main level provides a 2nd TV room with new 70" TV, bedrooms 4-5, full bathroom, new large capacity washer & dryer, garage that's been turned into a game room that includes a 2nd refrigerator and a commercial grade ice machine, and a second deck with your new private hot tub. This level also offers direct and easy access to your private dock.

We were celebrating graduation with friends. It was the perfect house for a large group. The house is well stocked with everything you could need. Owner was quick to communicate. Great location near several marinas for boat ramps and rental. We loved our time here!

Annual Family Reunion

Great accommodations for family members to reconnect for a week. The spacious house was comfortable with everything needed to cook meals and be together. We rented a pontoon boat from nearby marina for three of the seven days which I highly recommend. Great place and we plan to return again.

This property is amazing. Just spent NYE there with my family of 4 and another family of 4 and everyone had plenty of space. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is plenty to do outside. Highly recommended!

Fabulous Fall Getaway

We had an amazing time at Pura Vida. I will admit the driveway is a little steep but that just meant we were closer to the water. Our host was super proactive and made sure our stay was top notch. Providing two kayaks was above and beyond and we made use of them during our stay. You won't go wrong if you book a stay at Pura Vida.

Perfect location and house!

The Pura Vida is fantastic! The location is great. The house had plenty of room for us to spread out. The driveway is not for the faint of heart, but once maneuvered a couple of times it got easier. Joe was super responsive to my questions and very helpful since we were flying and not driving in. I would highly recommend this property!

Joe’s place was exactly as described. The home is roomy and comfortable for all ages. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well equipped for all our needs. The views of the lake are beautiful. We had two boats and two wave runners and there was plenty of room at the covered dock for all of them. We would highly recommend Joes place.

Beautiful property & house. Loved the big kitchen, dining area and family room. The kids loved the game room and the air hockey and foosball table. We would definitely stay here again! We loved the dock with the slide for swimming and fished off of the deck too. We also enjoyed the kayaks and s’mores at the fire pit. Lots of great memories were made this week.

Wonderful Home on the Lake

We had a great time hanging out on the dock, the 8 yr old enjoyed the slide. The house was comfortable and well appointed with everything we could want. We conquered the very steep driveway and the steep walk to the water, the path was nice and the wagon was helpful. The games in the garage and the sun porch were fun too.

Great week at the lake

Pura Vida was by far the cleanest, well stocked, best location and easier walk to their boat dock that we have found since coming to Norris many years ago. There are things to do for all ages with or without a boat. Joe was very helpful and quick to respond to any question. We would recommend their gorgeous home to anyone.

This lake house has everything you could want. Great location on a quiet cove, easy access from the interstate, easy access to Whitman Hollow Marina. The home is spacious and well furnished. The hot tub, black stone grill, and ice machine are a plus! Joe is very attentive to your needs and wants you to have a great time! (Which we did). We will definitely be back!

Great Getaway

This is a fantastic house. Easy access to the lake and a beautiful home. We were able to use the paddle boat and 2 kayaks on the property. It is a private dock. The house has everything you need to a fun & relaxing getaway. The owners are great to work with and included lots of info about the area and property. We can't wait to stay here again.

House was newly remodeled and is well stocked for rentals. Great location. Nice double boat dock with paddle boat, two kayaks, slide, picnic table and lights for night ambiance. Wonderful sitting area overlooking lake with fire pit. Screened in porch for rainy day naps with comfy couch and big screen tv. Deck has rockers, hot tub, Blackstone and a grill. Nice set up inside for gatherings yet plenty of room for privacy. Best rental!!!! A great place to make family memories at the lake. Owner was very nice and quick to respond to my questions. We have rented a lot of vacation homes and this is by far my favorite!!!!

End of Summer Weekend Trip

While the pictures of house are amazing, I promise you it's even better in person! The house is plenty big enough, for everyone to spread out. The decks make for great morning views and late night conversation. Huge dock that is great for swimming off of or parking your boat. Close to some fun marinas and perfect coves to tuck into and float for the day.

This is it! Amazing house and views of Norris Lake!

Our experience with this home was outstanding! The home featured everything to make our trip successful and not stressful. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the ice machine maker in the garage was great addition for keeping drinks cold all week. The hot tub and deck areas had awesome views of the lake. The walkway to the dock has a relaxing area with a fire pit by the water. Also, the covered boat docks with slide was a great spot for boats, family and friends to hangout for the day. The home was very clean, spacious and the owner was always eager to please and made sure we had a pleasant stay. We would highly recommend this home for family vacations at Norris Lake!
