Welcome to your DREAM Vacation Home. This NEWLY Renovated home is conveniently located to all major parks, attractions, & destinations in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. Just a short 15 minutes from the airport (MCO) minutes to supermarkets (Publix, Walmart) and shopping centers (The Loop and Loop West). And ALL major theme parks are only 15 to 20 minutes away (Disney, Universal, Seaworld, ICON & more). Corner lot house with ample parking, yard space, and a dozen amenities, you'll be right at home!

Rules for Hosting Events:
1 additional guest per adult is listed on the reservation. I.e. if your reservation has 10 total guests confirmed you are allowed to host a small event with up to 20 people during the hours of 8 am to 11 pm.
Events are limited to family gatherings, birthdays, reunions, weddings, and related events. Noise must be maintained not to disturb the neighbors. If music is being played after 11 pm, please ensure the volume is reduced to the normal talking level.

The host reserves the right to cancel any reservation found violating event rules. Warning neighbors have advised they will contact local authorities for any events breaking local noise and occupancy ordinances.

Nice house in Kissimmee, FL

The master bedroom is a very nice size. Beds were also comfortable. Nice house in a nice area. The house has two screened in patio areas that were nice to enjoy during our stay.

Great place

Super comfortable and host was a great communicator. We had ac go out one day and fixed it immediately. Will stay here again. We were here for work and it was very nice for us.
