Air conditioned game room features pool table, foosball, and gym. Outside: private screened in heated pool with breathtaking waterviews, patio equipped with gas grill, dining table, ping pong, wood ceilings with Edison lights, corn hole game, life size connect 4. Spectacular fireworks: New Year, 4th of July. Enjoy gorgeous sunsets every evening at the pool area and listen to your favorite music with Alexa dot. Self check in process. Beautiful quiet community with sidewalks and ponds. 10 minutes from Orlando area, close to theme parks. Featuring : leaving room: 70 inch TV. Master bedroom: 70 inch TV ,king dual adjustable sleep number bed with massage, freestanding soaker tub, glass door shower with tower and body sprayers, rainfall from the ceiling, dedicated workspace. 2nd bedroom : water view, 55 inch TV, queen size bed. 3rd bedroom: full size bunk bed , 42 inch TV , disney books for kids, board games. Futon in the family room can sleep up to 2 kids. Full size toiletries, plenty of towels, extra pillows, Keurig coffee machine with pods, cooking spices and all basic supplies.
Note: heated pool surcharge is $20 per night for 85F.
We do not allow parties, pets, smoking inside the house and extra guests that are not listed on the booking. Community park is in short walking distance and offers tennis courts, playground , pavilions with grills, skate park, roller hockey rink, basketball, baseball field. Note: there is a security camera located on top of the garage door. It will be on and recording for the security purposes.

My husband and I stayed there with our daughter and her husband. The house was beautiful and very well stocked with everything possible. The neighbourhood was very nice. We enjoyed the pond in the backyard with the many birds wandering around. Many games of pool were played in the evenings and many hours spent by the pool during the day. We paid for the pool heating which certainly made the pool more enjoyable. We felt that if the heat came on before 8:00 am or there was a cover to put on at night it would have warmed the pool up sooner and we would have been able to enjoy it earlier each day.Definitely recommend this house.

Family of five (kids 18, 15, & 10) stayed four nights. Very clean home. Lots of extras included with this booking….good toiletries, all paper products, detergents, and even spices were all available. Beds were comfortable. Host replied to messages/questions very quickly. We didn’t get to utilize the pool much as the weather was much colder than expected, but there were many board games, books, and other activities (weights, connect four, foosball, pool table) to keep us occupied. Not sure we’ll be in the area again, but if we are I would definitely stay here again.

This home is perfect, beautifully decorated,clean , welcoming, newly renovated , has everything you need. The pool and the games by the pool were a huge plus, we spent alot of time in the backyard. What an impeccable home !

Everything was immaculately clean. There is a beautiful view on the water with lots of birds. The kitchen is fully equipped, including any basic you need. The owner answered all our questions and was very helpful. I will not hesitate to go back and to recommend this place to a friend. As a matter of fact, it was our best experience with VRBO.

This beautiful house used to be our primary residence . We started renting it since 2017 on Airbnb and have been super hosts with high guest rating since then. This house was fully renovated with love and european contemporary style. It combines romantic and family atmosphere. We decided to join Vrbo family in 2021 and ready to do our best to fully satisfy our future guests.

What makes this property unique

Gorgeous sunsets while relaxing in the heated pool looking over the pond. Relaxing spa like master retreat: adjustable sleep number bed with massage option ,freestanding soaker tub, glass door shower with tower, body sprayers and rain fall from the ceiling. Quiet neighborhood. Community park is right across the street with different courts, playgrounds, picnic tables and grills.
