Happy Ours is a new modern 3 bedroom / 4 full bathroom house that has been decorated to give you that comfortable living atmosphere while enjoying your time in Gulf Shores. Located in West Beach across the street from the beach and backs up to Little Lagoon. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, complimentary washer and dryer and 2 rooms with comfortable king bedroom en suites

Our unit is a new, modern and tastefully decorated with soaring 10 foot ceilings on the main floor and 9 foot ceilings on the second floor with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and luxury granite counters

A quick 5 min stroll along the paved City boardwalk and Lagoon Pass Park will lead you to the beautiful white sand beach

Up to 4 cars can park in our covered carport below the home, there is no parking elsewhere on the neighborhood streets or property as your vehicle will be towed.

You must be 25 years of age or older to rent this cottage.

★★Parties are not permitted nor large groups, as this is a neighborhood with HOA regulations. Violators will be asked to leave.★★

Perfect Family Getaway Spot

Our family of 6 with kids ages 6-17 all enjoyed this home! The property was exactly what we expected from the pictures and had most everything we needed - and even what we didn’t know we needed like a cart with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys for the family! The only thing it didn’t have that we felt was missing based on other rentals we saw in the same community was beach/pool towels, a grill, family games, and blinds/curtains for the front door. We did email about a broken door upon our arrival and didn’t get a response back but overall it didn’t affect our stay and we enjoyed our time. We would definitely rent again and recommend to our family and friends!!

Family Trip

Our OK and LA family met in Gulf Shores for a beach vacation. 6 adults and a 3-year old. Had a great time at Happy Ours. It was well equipped with all we needed, far enough away to be out of the hustle, but close enough for an evening drive to dinner. We’ll stay here again!! Thanks for the great stay!!
