Accommodation: Everything you need, in one place.On the top floor of the building you will find this lovely studio. You open the door and see it straight away: everything is in one place here. At the back of the studio there is a seating area with a sofa and a small table. The television is mounted centrally on the wall above the dining table and is visible from the entire studio.

The open kitchen connects nicely and is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a filter coffee machine. At the dining table you can calmly go over the day or make plans for tomorrow. From the living area you can step straight onto the south facing balcony, perfect after an active day outside.

On the right side of the studio you will find a large wardrobe where you can easily store your belongings. There is also a comfortable box spring bed (180x200cm). Everything in one room, without it feeling cluttered. The bathroom is the only separate room. It is fresh and practical with a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine.

If you are travelling with a little one, a cot and a high chair are ready for you. You can park your car safely in the garage under the complex. Everything is taken care of, so you can start your holiday without a worry.

Surroundings: Active outdoors, relaxed indoors. Everything is within walking distance here.Everything is surprisingly close. Within a few minutes walk you are already at the start of the ski area and the hiking routes around Winterberg. In winter you can put on your skis quickly, in other seasons you head into nature for a walk or a cycling trip through the Sauerland.

The Erlebnisberg Kappe is also within walking distance. A place full of variety, including the bobsleigh track, summer toboggan run and the bike park. It feels lively and welcoming, without pressure or rush. Just right for an active day outdoors.

You can also reach the centre of Winterberg on foot. Here you will find supermarkets, small shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. Nice for an evening stroll or to sit down somewhere. With the Sauerland Card you also travel free of charge by bus and train in the region. That makes it easy to explore the wider area too. Step outside and see where the day takes you.
