Description
If you love winter sports and nature, this apartment will serve as the perfect base for your holiday. The holiday home is located on the eastern fringes of the village and on the edge of the woods. Its hillside location offers views over the roofs of Niedersfeld and out towards the other side of the Ruhr valley. In the evenings, you can see the sun set behind the mountains.

Accommodation
The living room of the apartment has a seating corner with a smart TV (including Blu-ray/DVD player), a dining corner that seats four and a fridge with freezer compartment. The separate kitchen is equipped with a four-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge, combi microwave, filter coffee machine and kettle. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), bedside tables and a wardrobe offering plenty of storage space. The apartment is equipped with roller shutters, meaning you can block out the light to just the right level. The bathroom has a shower with a glass shower panel, a toilet and a bathroom cabinet with a mirror and hairdryer. The balcony at the apartment faces south-west and offers stunning views. It comes furnished with a sofa, table, lounge chair and drying rack. The apartment has Wi-Fi, basement storage on the same floor and a parking space. The private storage area offers plenty of space to store skis or mountain bikes, for example.

 

Surrounding area
A woodland area with hiking trails that stretch up to the Willingen ski slopes starts right behind the home. Stunning walks across Northern Germany’s largest upland moors are right on your doorstep. Sauerland’s highest peak is located just 4 km from the apartment. The nearby village centre is the place to go for daily groceries or a drink and bite to eat at one of the cafes and restaurants. 

There’s plenty to do here all year round. Hillebachsee is the perfect place to go swimming, water skiing, surfing and much more in summer. During the winter months too, the surrounding area is nothing less than paradise. The Eschenberg ski slopes or Rodelparadies Ruhrquelle are just some of the places that are begging to be explored.
