A great family compound, with 1.5 acres. 158 ft of frontage situated right on Norwegian Bay. This 6 bedroom (7th in bsmt), 4.5 bathrooms, 4800 sq. ft luxury home is great for large groups looking to enjoy lake life, outdoor BBQ;s, and lakeside nights around the bonfire. Great fishing off the pier, boating, tubing, skiing, paddleboards, hiking, kayaking, shopping and some great golf courses less than 5 miles away. This one has it all, including a 250-lb per day ice maker. During the peak periods (June - August, 2023) this rental only rents by the week starting on Fridays only.

Wonderful property and location, right on the lake. Our family of 15 had plenty of room.

Why they chose this property

Norwegian Bay is the part of the lake that attracts lots of swimming, boat tie ups, and people who want to enjoy the lake. Known for its swimming due to some very shallow areas that generally heat up quicker than other parts of the lake. We are less than 5 miles from shopping in downtown green lake. Antiques, small boutique shops, and great outdoor activities are all close by

What makes this property unique

This is a very unique property that has the secluded "up north" feeling. There is 1.5 acres of heavily wooded yard that provides a fantastic shade canopy from the 100+ year old oak trees on the property. We have a fire pit for campfires by the water or smores at night for the kids. Plenty of toys to enjoy- 2 bikes, 2 paddle boards, kayak, tubes, water mat, fishing, tubing , swimming, hiking, bike trials, snowmobiling, and anything you might enjoy. Abundant wildlife in the area includes deer, bald eagles, Owls (snowy owls from Canada in Winter), fox, turkey, and the fishing in the lake is famous for its walleye and lake trout.
