Enjoy "The Good Life" in this classic rental property, positioned perfectly with views of Green Lake and the Golf Courses of Lawsonia. Ashland Point, formally known as Cedarwood, operated as a memorable rental property for nearly four decades. Now under new ownership, this lodge has been fully restored to its original appeal. Two distinct units are available for rent, each featuring private entrances, kitchens, living, sleeping and bathroom spaces. Or, they can be combined for a full 7 bedroom, 4 bath home. The interior has been tastefully restored with updated kitchens, bathrooms and furnishings and the exterior has been fully revamped to a modern farmhouse design. Located just 250-feet off of Green Lake and along the 7th Hole of Lawsonia's Woodlands course, every room offers views of either the lake or the golf course. Come for a stay and create new memories at our cherished Green Lake, Wisconsin!

Our home does not offer direct-lake access; but, we're located walking distance from the Green Lake Conference Center and less than a 5-minute drive from downtown Green Lake. Both offer boat rentals, public beaches and docks.

The listing price is inclusive of the entire house; but, don't hesitate to message us for pricing if a smaller unit might be a better fit.

Family Vacation 2023

We had 20 family members stay at the property and everyone had plenty of room. The property is well kept and in a great location. Family fires around the firepit were well worth the stay!

Wonderful home for our family!

We stayed recently with 15 adults and never felt cramped or crowded. The location was wonderful and the owner is so responsive with last minute questions! We were surprised that there was no washer/dryer (although it was never stated that it had one) and would have been really helpful for that many people. Also, there is a path right across the street from the house that leads down to the water which would have been so nice just to get a closer view but there is a sign that says 'no renters'. That was disappointing that you had to go in to town just to see the lake when there was a tempting path right in front of the house :). Green Lake is so beautiful and we were so grateful to have such a nice place to stay! Thank you!

Annual Friends Trip

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful area. We had 4 families in the home and each had their own space, as well as plenty of common area spaces to enjoy one another’s company. Highly recommend this home!

Our first stay was tent-camping in BeeBe Court over four-decades ago and we've since held spots in Meadow View and Pauline Westwoods. In that time, our family's presence on the lake has grown to over a few-dozen "Green Lakers."
