Our cozy, modern and lovingly furnished apartment with a small touch of country style stalk offers you all the comforts that you know from home and wish for a relaxing stay. Our apartment is located in a detached house with separate entrance and private terrace. The garden can be gladly used. You are welcome to linger in the garden and relax on the sun loungers with parasol and unwind. The Swiss mountains can be seen from the garden. It is a non-smoking and pet-free household.

City / Area:
The quiet outskirts in Salem-Beuren is an ideal condition for relaxing Lake Constance holidays. The immediate proximity to idyllic forests invites you to extensive hikes and bike rides on marked trails directly from the breakfast table.
A bakery is located in the village and other shops for daily needs (Edeka, Penny, Aldi, butchers, post office) are only 7-10 minutes away by car. The restaurant "Adler" in the center of the village provide for your physical well-being, if you do not want to cook yourself.
After Überlingen Lake Constance is only about 15 minutes by car., to Markdorf are also only about 15 minutes and to Pfullendorf is just about 20 minutes. The Heiligenberg Castle and the outdoor pool are only 2 km away. The natural bath in Leutstetten is only 5 minutes away. It is only 20 minutes to Affenberg and only 8-10 minutes to the Pethof Reuthemühle. The castle Salem is only 7-10 minutes and the castle lake is only 10 minutes by car. Skiing, snowboarding or sledging can also be done at Haldenlift in Heiligenberg, about 10 minutes by car. On foot you can reach in five minutes to a great playground.

Description of the apartment:
If you like to cook: The modern kitchen is very lovingly furnished and fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. So are coffee maker, toaster, mixer, egg cooker, kettle, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher as well as cooking and baking utensils. Our dining table has space for 4 people. By prior arrangement, we will provide you with a travel cot for your children or Baby cribs and a highchair are available.
For our little guests there are also on request children's cutlery, crockery, painting table, Kinderbällebad. The separate bedroom is separated from the kitchen and the living and dining area, so a quiet sleep is guaranteed. The closets provide ample storage space for your wardrobe, so you do not have to live "out of the suitcase" during your stay with us.
The modern bathroom with hair dryer and a great rain shower in an elegant and modern style, you can start fresh into the day. A drying rack, ironing board and iron is available in the apartment. Against consultation and surcharge of 2 €, the laundry can also be washed and dried at an additional cost of 2 € in the dryer.

What could be better than to sit on the terrace or in the garden in the evening and end the evening with a glass of champagne or wine? A table electric grill can be made available. A brought charcoal grill is unfortunately not allowed. Direct access to the terrace and garden with use. A great sandbox is at the disposal of the little ones.
Automatic shutters are located in the bedrooms.

Living room / bedroom 2 (1-2 children / adults, sofa can be folded down to the sofa bed) The living room is then converted into a bedroom 2.

The apartment is designed for 2 adults and 2 children. There is also the possibility for 4 adults, as there are two separate rooms. Bedroom 1 is a new, modern flat screen HD wall TV available. The sofa in the living room in the adjoining room (bedroom 2) can easily be turned into a sofa bed. Very practical is in both rooms direct access to the terrace and garden.

You can park your car right in front of the house or across the road. The nearest train station is only 10 minutes away by car.

We also offer our guests drinks (coke, and snacks for an extra charge. This can be refilled from time to time (on request).
