Recording Trip

We booked this because it was close to the recording studio and had enough room to spread out. It did not disappoint! There was plenty of room for us to all spread out and have oir own space. Everything was exactly like it looked on the listing.

Berry Hill Property

Great house. Looked just like the pictures except for the hole in the wall. We only had 4 of us but there was plenty of room for at least 4-6 more. Each room had a king size, comfortable bed & 3 full bathrooms. Nothing really in walking distance but not far from downtown, South 12th or the Gulch. Would definitely return & would recommend.

1st trip to Nashville - excellent

The property is conveniently located to everything you’d want to do in Nashville and surrounding areas. It is well kept and there was tenth of space for our family. During our stay, there were severe storms in the area, and the owner kept in co fact with us throughout to make sure we were safe and had what we needed. She was an amazing host! The only downside, was there our trains that run in the evenings/ early mornings, but even that didn’t ruin our trip. Just something to be aware of. Overall we had a great stay!

Super nice accommodations for family gathering

The property is in a good central location in Nashville. We had 6 in our party and had more than enough space. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for our Thanksgiving meal.
