Guest Access:
As you walk through the private entrance, right away you will find our lower flat is just for you! Everything in this private, basement apartment is for your enjoyment and comfort!

Trendy and up and coming, this neighborhood is close to most attractions you may want to experience while visiting Colorado Springs! Just minutes away you will find the unique and fun Ivywild School with its restaurants and bars, the Broadmoor Hotel, 7 Falls, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Downtown Colorado Springs, the Olympic Training Center, and many, many hiking trails and adventures all around!
Getting Around:
There is a parking spot in the driveway as well as street parking available in case you have more than one vehicle!
Other Things to Note:
For a seamless check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. You'll use this code for keyless entry.
We've also prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
Unauthorized late checkout fee $20 Per Half Hour
If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a Pet rate of $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved)

This is not a short term rental. This unit is a 30 day+ monthly corporate rental only - Perfect for professionals, travel nurses, and those looking to move to Colorado Springs without all the hassle of moving! Please keep in mind prior to booking that this is a basement listing. We happily have a white noise machine and box fan in the unit for additional white noise.
