Ultimate Colorado Springs vacation neighborhood! Best hiking and biking trails in the area. Alluring Southwest Colorado Springs home located in the desirable Cheyenne Cañon! Only 4 blocks from The Broadmoor Hotel and 1 Block from Stratton Open Space trail head, which offers many miles of hiking and mountain biking trails, or challenge yourself on your road bike with a ride up North Cheyenne Cañon Road to Helen Hunt Falls!
Keypad lock on the door will be programmed to a four digit code that you choose. Keyless entry for your convenience, allows you to enter the property on your own. There is off street parking and a gate at the driveway entrance if you choose to close it.
The house has hardwood floors throughout and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials including flatware, plates, dishes, glasses, pots and pans, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, and coffee maker. There is a gas BBQ outside the back door.
Bedroom #1 has a Queen bed and bedroom #2 & #3 have full beds. The living room has a comfortable couchs, flat-screen HD TV, cable television, internet with free WiFi throughout the house.
There is a fantastic covered porch at the front of the house! Great for taking in the morning sun with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening.
There is a 2 car attached garage at the back of the house, with the first space available to you. Laundry with washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen. The bathroom has a tub/shower, sink etc. DOGS of certain breeds are welcome, no cats, no horses, dogs only! Pets are not allowed on the furniture or the beds! Pet fee is $50 PER PET! Contact owner for approval of pet breed and the number of pets that will be on the property. Smoking is allowed outside only, absolutely no smoking of anything inside the house!
Warning; there is a possibility of seeing wildlife in the neighborhood and on the property. This includes deer, bear and other wildlife. Again, pets are not allowed on the beds or the furniture. Short Term Rental Permit A-STRP-24-0667.

Great location!

This was a fabulous home base for The Broadmoor activities, COG Railroad to Pikes Peak, GOG and Glen Eyrie. Right up the street is a fabulous cafe, Sacred Grounds. The front porch is a great place to relax after a busy day and the mornings are magical with the deer. Highly recommend.

Cozy Bungalow in Cheyenne Canyon

Enjoyed our time in this cozy home. Steve, the host, was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. House was clean and had all the amenities needed for a week's stay. The central location of Cheyenne Canyon is a plus!

Perfect spot

We loved this place. It was perfect for myself, husband and two teens so they had their own room. Super clean, kitchen stocked with everything, and super close coffee shop and hiking. Wonderful stay

We had a fabulous stay at this home. It was clean and the owner has great communication and was very accommodating. The location is so close to many tourists attractions. We had fun watching deer in the yard. It was nice to have items like shampoo, coffee filters, paper towels, and many other items provided.

Great place!

This property is in an excellent location and was perfect for our family of 4 plus pup! Property manager has excellent communication and is very friendly/helpful. We enjoyed zip lining in Manitou Springs, visits to Helen Hunt falls and hikes at Stratton open space. We drank coffee/tea in the morning on the porch and enjoyed watching the deer up close. Hope to stay here again when we visit the area!

Perfect home for a week long stay with our dog!

House is perfectly located near Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and The Broadmoor. Huge hiking area just steps up the street with a cute cafe nearby. House was well appointed and Steve was so easy to work with. Highlight of the trip was the mama deer and her babies that were in the front yard every morning and evening. Highly recommend!

Great place!

The house had everything in it you needed for you to stay. Quite and comfortable. We were able to see some deer next door. The farthest drive we took was 30min only because my daughter wanted to go somewhere specific. It was a great location. The only thing that could have made it a little better is maybe some seating in the back area. This is more of a preference.

Great visit to COS

Steve is a great host, very communicative and quick to respond. The home was nicely located near Cheyenne Mtn and we enjoyed the proximity to Helen Hunt Falls. There is a window AC unit in the dining room and they provided several fans to help circulate the air. We enjoyed seeing a deer in the front lawn on our last day!

Great location and fit our family of 5 perfectly. Everything we did was within a 10-15 min short drive. Home is very clean and well stocked. We cooked most meals at home and had no issue. Great Colorado Stay

The house was clean and beautifully decorated, and I greatly appreciate the kitchen and bathroom items available, since not all rental homes include those. We did have a small leak when it rained hard and the owner was over immediately and a plumber came to fix it within hours. My only complaint is the master bedroom bed was very squeaky for “mommy and daddy time”, especially with one of the kiddo room right next door. Otherwise, staying in this house made us feel at home for the week we were there. Thank you!!!

Just what we needed

My girlfriends and I came out to the Springs for some hiking and a 5k. This cozy house was perfect- close to trails, not far from downtown or Ivywild for some post hike drinks. There was a coffee shop and breakfast place just right down the road. The porch was perfect for chatting and enjoying natures sounds. It’s elevated far enough off the road so as not to be disturbed by cars driving by. Steve was very kind and communicative. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Great stay

Very central location and clean with a lot of storage space. We walked down to the nearby cafe for a yummy breakfast one day and to the open space another for a hike with the kids. Some additional night lights in the bedrooms might be nice and a hair dryer, but we loved sitting on the porch and even played some frisbee in the front yard area. Only taking a star away for the extra firm and squeaky bed. Mentioned to owner who said they would address.

This house is unique, sitting on a hill above the street. The desirable Southwest part of Colorado Springs is a very unique part of town and Cheyenne Canon is a great neighborhood. We feel it is a safe and friendly neighborhood. This house is close to lots of amenities. Whether you are looking to hike, rock climb, bike on trails or road, its here. Fine dining, brew pubs and shopping can be found close to the house. There is easy access to The Broadmoor Hotel, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Incline or Garden of the Gods, I-25 just to name a few points of interest.
