The home is located in a private prestigious gated community right on the beautiful canals and around the corner from the Colorado River for easy boating access . Single car garage access and street parking , holds up to 3 cars . washer dryer privileges and a fully stocked home for your usage . Dartboard, corn-hole and pool table for your guests to enjoy with a open floor living room concept with a 75 inch flat screen tv . Both side yards are gated and two covered patios with a private garden area. Newer outdoor bbq and refrigerator. Any damage caused is your responsibility, remember this is a residential community. Enjoy your sunrise and sunset each day on the extra large covered patio with water front view. Near by is a golf course , local casino , Walmart , grocery stores and several water front restaurants you can cruise too within minutes from the home . Havasu is just a short 45 minute drive.
