On the lower ground floor: 1 open large double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the garden. Wooden floors. Garden 30 m2. Deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra), hair dryer. Please note: non-smoking house. Sehr ruhig und abgelegen

Die Einrichtung der beiden Räume ist angenehm spartanisch. Leider aber fehlt eine einigermaßen gemütliche Beleuchtung, was ich an mehreren Regentagen sehr gespürt habe. Die Neonröhren, die an den Wänden verteilt sind, ergeben ein Licht wie in einer Tiefgarage. Ansonsten war alles sehr sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Einfahrt allerdings bewältigt man nur mit einigem Sinn für Abenteuer. Und das Fehlen eines W-LAN-Anschlusses ist eigentlich nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus liegt weit oberhalb von Bellinzona und glänzt mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht über das Tal von Ascona bis hinauf in Richtung Biasca. Wer Ruhe in einem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sucht, ist hier richtig.

Allgemeines

Die Reinigung war klar nicht so gut, wie bei unseren anderen Aufenthalten. Die erwähnten Säcke für die Schmutzwäsche bei der Abreise waren nirgends zu finden. Es war nicht einmal 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier vorhanden, was vorher immer der Fall war. (Natürlich kauft man selber, das ist klar.) Bei der Anreise darf u.E. erwartet werden, dass der Toilettenrollenhalter nicht leer ist). Ein Sodastreamgerät ist vorhanden, sowie eine entsprechende Gaflasche. Diese war jedoch jedesmal leer.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gemütlich, von viel Natur umgeben und ein wunderschöner Ausblick! Abseits gelegen, man braucht unbedingt ein Auto, aber wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig!

Super Unterkunft, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Besichtigungen. Modern, neu, geräumig und ruhig gelegen, gern kommen wir wieder, Schöne Sicht- bis hin zum Lago Maggiore. Kostenloses WLAN wäre gut.

Hübsches Häuschen

Leider ist der ÖV sehr weit weg, heisst ein Auto ist zwingend nötig. Wenn man das berücksichtigt ist es für zwei Personen optimal. Wir haben es sehr genodsen.

Schön dort

Schönes Häuschen in ruhiger Lage, schöner Ausblick, wir sind Ende Mai gereist, leider hatten wir nur Regenwetter. Aber die Ruhe und die Gemütlichkeit (mit Feuerofen) im Ferienhaus hat alles Wett gemacht. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder
