On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 6 km from the lake, in the countryside, in the woods. Private: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking at 100 m. Shop 6 km, grocery 4 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "Postauto Line 322" 20 m, railway station "Tenero" 6 km, sandy beach 6 km, indoor swimming pool 13 km, thermal baths "Thermali e Salini" 13 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km, riding stable 5 km, walking paths from the house 5 m. Nearby attractions: Faconeria, Locarno, Mercato Cannobio, Luino, Intra IT, Madonna del Sasso. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago Maggiore, Lago di Lugano, Lago di Como. Hiking paths: Centovalli, Tamaro - Splash and SPA, Cardada, Valle Verzasca, Valle Bavone, Valle Maggia-Lago di Sambuco-Naret. Please note: suitable for seniors. schönes Rustico

Das Rustico ist sehr schön gelegen, der Garten ist klein aber durch die Abgelgenheit sehr ruhig. Aussenbereich gefiel uns sehr gut. Leider stimmt etwas nicht mit der Konstruktion der Feuerstelle (vielleicht die Kaminhöhe), beim Feuer machen wurden wir immer mit Rauch eingehüllt (Thermik), das war schade - das am Feuer sitzen abends entfiel. Der Innenbereich ist zweckmässig. Das Bad tip top, eine neue Duschstange wäre wünschenswert. Die Küche ist sehr klein, kein Platz für Vorräte

Unterkunft ist steil zugänglich und kurvig. Einkaufsmöglichkeit eher weit weg, nur mit Auto oder Velo, nur für geübte! Häuschen aber sehr schön. Leider riecht es muffig, auch die Küchenkästli, aber es fehlt an nichts und wir waren happy.

Endroit agréable, construction traditionnelle du Tessin donnant beaucoup de charme à ce logement. Pour les personnes cherchants le calme et la discrétion c’est le rêve. Cependant les abords manquent nettement de soins et l’agencement extérieur n’existe plus. Les propriétaires des lieux se sont montrées très souples pour les détails de la location, merci beaucoup.

Gemütliches, kleines Steinhaus am Hang

Kleines Häuschen, minimalistisch aber völlig ausreichend eingerichtet. Ruhig und naturell am Hang gelegen. Schöner Blick auf die gegenüberliegenden Hügel. Schöner Steintisch unter Lorbeerbaum. Viele Ausflüge in die Umgebung möglich, sowohl per Rad im Magadinotal also auch zu Fuß weiter bergauf und von Monte Motti aus. Sehr gut zum Erholen in schöner Natur und doch nah an Städten wie Locarno und Bellinzona. Kurvige Anfahrt und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten recht weit.

Un petit havre pour les amoureux de la nature

Nous avons aimé ce petit Rustico typique, simple, mais bien aménagé. Idéal pour un couple, en pleine nature. Jolie terrasse ensoleillée, chemins de balades à proximité. Et l'auto postale juste devant la maison, très pratique. La sympathique propriétaire nous a bien accueilli et a été très arrangeante pour les horaires de départ et d'arrivée. Merci à elle. Et peut-être à une prochaine!

Ist es nicht ideal! Liegt in der Abendsonne versteckt hinter den Bäumen. Agarone ist ein Dorf entweder man geht hoch oder runter, für kleine Spaziergänge nicht geeignet!

Alles relevante entnehmen Sie der Befragung. Wir mussten einen Tag früher abreisen, haben mehrmals!! den Vermieter verucht telefonisch zu erreichen, sogar am vorgegebenen Abreisetag 10.00, keine Rückmeldung!! Bis jetzt wurden wir nicht kontaktiert. Dies ist sehr, schwach! Daher werden wir diese Unterkunft sicher niemandem empfehlen, ausserdem war die Wohnung sehr sehr schmutzig. Unter dem Wc-Ring noch Spuren vom Vormieter. Wahnsinnig hässlich! Alles war sehr staubig und das Geschirr schmutzig.

Kleines Rustico, wie man es sich vorstellt. Ruhig gelegen, mit schönem Sitzplatz. Einrichtung und Ausrüstung eher minimal. Gute Lage, um auch das Auto mal in Riazzino oder Tenero zu lassen und einen Ausflug mit dem öV zu machen.

Idyllischer Ruheort

Bin mit allem sehr zufrieden. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Genau wie auf den Fotos, ein kleines Paradies für mich alleine. Sehr ruhig, schön gelegen, alles sauber, netter Nachbar. War völlig ungestört, was mir wichtig war. Alles Top! Danke!

Kleines Rustico, perfekt für 2 Personen. Ausrüstung und Ausstattung eher spartanisch. Nahe gelegen ein anderes Haus, dies stört aber nicht, da der Sitzplatz in die andere Richtung verläuft. Wirklich kleiner Fluglärm vom Regionalflughafen Tessin. Störte uns überhaupt nicht. Viel Natur rund ums Haus, inklusive vieler einheimischen Echsen und Schmetterlinge.
