The Small room -
1 twin bedroom and full bathroom nearby outside the bedroom.

Condo also includes a kitchen, large TV, washing machine and dryer, vintage couches and decorations with an old Victorian feel and dinner table with chairs.

Unit is right next to a wash that turns into a river after it rains and when the weather is dry it becomes a park. The area is great for walking and jogging or playing ball games when it's dry. Also great for biking. There's basketball hoops and a playground in easy walking distance. Out the door you turn right and you have the nice park space, turn left and you have all the gym, tennis courts and swimming pool. Great location. Easy to access all kinds of restaurant's including Mexican, Chinese, Italian.

Not as advertised

Very run down, extremely dirty. The dust on the popcorn ceiling was unbelievable to us. The furnace/AC filter seriously needs replaced. We killed crickets, which are scorpion food. The carpet was gross, lots of clutter with empty wrappers under the bed and under the furniture. We rented it for four nights but left after two. Just very disappointing. The washing machine even was filthy, and missing baseboards. The kitchen was the cleanest area, and the coffee pot was good. I took pictures as evidence to our complaints also. We even had a resident of the area tell us it wasn’t the safest place as this unit is relight next to the canal.

Peaceful rest

The apt was cared for and clean.The master bedroom bed was very comfortable but the small bedroom bed was to small.Friend fell out. The front door was a problem.Very difficult to turn knob and when finally it opened the vertical blinds would fall off. Otherwise the apt was cozy and comfortable.We noticed some empty nails where the masks hung and were worried previous renters had taken tokens.i would stay again.

Very comfortable

Nice quiet area and very comfortable. Enjoyed the stay in the Phoenix area. Wade very accommodating. I did not get to request anything from him because I was gone the majority of the time. I do request (Not sure if anybody else wants it) a fan of some type. Because the location is so quiet I need some background noise. Appreciate the space and Wade's hospitality.

Wade was waiting at the door and welcomed us when we arrived. His room was very large, well decorated and the bed was comfortable. The residence is close to shopping, Thunderbird walking park and the interstate.

Nice place

Price right Clean Master bed room in two bed rooms condo, nice decorated, good neighborhood. I recommend it to new guests. Wade the owner is nice and kind. You will enjoy the place.
