Want to stay at one of the most desired beaches in the south without breaking the bank. Summer 2026 calendar is open now for reservations and we are also offering specials this fall/winter 2025. We are offering our updated one bedroom condo for your comfort and pleasure. Great amenities and great location. Across the street from the beach so it's close enough to walk to everything! You will not find a better deal for the location and amenities at Surfside. Surfside is a family beach. Our condo is perfect for 2 adults. It can sleep three but we do not recommend it. It is really to small for three people and we have a 2 bedroom condo that would fit that need much better a little further down Ocean Blvd. Just let us know if you need a bigger place. You must be a minimum of 25 years old to rent and stay at our properties. This is not a party place. No smoking, vaping, parties, loud noise, or pets allowed. We love service animals and everything they do to support their owner, however, there are family members here with respiratory and other health issues that do not allow us to except service animals at this time. Any questions we did not answer? Just ask.

I am no stranger to hosting travelers as I was a travel manager and meeting planer for over 30 years before retiring from that part of my business life. Larry is a manager at a large leadership training organization in Greensboro, NC where we live. We also have owned rental homes in Greensboro that we rented to large corporations like Honda Jet, etc.. for many years as well as vacation property rentals all over the country. We also love traveling with VRBO because it is truly a home away from home experience. Why they chose this property
The location of this condo is ideal. You are right at the beach with a side beach view from the deck. The nice thing we love about our unit is it is on raised first floor so you are off the ground but only a few steps to the front door and to the beach!! Our deck is on the side of Ocean Drive so you can sit on the deck and enjoy the view or privacy because you have a little of both. We renovated and decorated to bring the beach feeling inside and out. Hope you love it like we do!!
