Sugar Beach Condominiums are located directly on the beach and centrally located close to everything and just steps away from sand and the Gulf! Enjoy this top floor unit with many amenities including elevators, 3 outdoor pools (1 heated), and a kiddie pool, tennis/pickle ball courts, covered parking with onsite security, stainless steel charcoal grills , picnic tables and the "Sugar Shack".

For your convenience, USB/ electrical outlets have been installed near sleeper sofa area, upstairs bedside and bar/counter, perfect for charging your cell phones!

You have an indirect view of the Gulf of Mexico from your own private balcony. Living room has a 50 inch 4K Smart TV. There is Queen size bed and bunk beds in the upstairs (loft style, but private) bedroom with a Smart tv and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our unit provides a fully stocked kitchen , breakfast bar with three stools, which saves room and enhances the experience. Unit also contains a FULL size washer and dryer. We also have 5GHz WIFI.

Parking (maximum of two cars for 1 bedroom units), is $35 per car payable to the guard at gate upon arrival for length of stay. Credit Cards or exact cash is accepted. One parking pass per unit during HOLIDAY STAY.

We manage our own unit and we are easily accessible. You will not have to deal with a management company, you will communicate with us, the owners. Our goal is to provide you with a personal touch and to make your stay as warm, fun, and inviting as we can make it. Message us or give us a call. Relaxing Getaway

The unit was very clean and updated. The host was very nice and helped with all the questions we had. It was easy to find and check in was clear. It was very nice being so close to the beach. Would most definitely stay again!

Clean and Great Air conditioner

We have stayed at Sugar Beach for several years. This room was clean and well stocked. It served us well. The air conditioner works really well 😍. The owner was quick to communicate with us during the entire process.

PERFECT!

The condo was super clean, beautifully decorated, and super cozy! It was perfect for a few nights stay with my family of four! Perfectly located, secure and safe! Most importantly the communication with the sweet owner was outstanding! She is absolutely lovely! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

Parking security guard was very rude. Said to drive Thur and see IF you can find a parking spot then he would give me a permit! Our Sugar Beach complex manager has a new security company starting in August and I apologize for them being rude. I imagine with it being a holiday weekend is the reason it was so busy and parking was crowded. Of course we have no control over that as owners. I will ask our cleaners about the air fresheners, usually there’s no air freshener left in our condo especially with many guests having allergies. The two elevators on the premises are new and with it being a holiday weekend I’m sure they stayed busy and slowed things down. Good thing our complex is small and only 3 stories during busy times. We sincerely apologize that your stay at our condo was not as ideal as we strive to provide for all our guests. Your feedback is very important to us, and we’ll address these concerns with our team to ensure improvements are made. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we appreciate you choosing to stay with us.

Our stay in condo

Property was as pictured. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but was passable. Although most of the unit was clean something should be done with the utility closet/furnace area. I wanted to sweep the kitchen and entry way, but the broom and stiffer were so dirty that I didn’t want to touch them. And the furnace filter was really dirty. The stools at the counter were very uncomfortable and not for short people.
