This place is older but very clean. Could have given 5 star except for the massive construction being done on the building. New stairs being built in whole complex. Very loud. March 2026 stay. Good news was that it lasted from 9:30 am till 6 and they did not work on the weekend. It would have been nice if we were informed about the construction before we booked. Pool and close proximity to the beach fabulous. Great sunsets. Great area.

Won’t stay again

Cabin was ok. Major issue we had and the reason we will never stay again were the two teenage boys in the owners home-they were alone as we never saw the parents-bothering our teenage daughters with inappropriate Snapchat names and coming on the back porch smoking.

Hello, this is a condo on the beach, not a cabin. We do not Al have any teenage boys or anyone else staying on property. I believe you posted the review for the wrong listing. Please remove the negative review, this really hurts my listing. I try to make every guest welcomed and hope they all enjoy their stay at my condo. Thank you in advance

We were emailed at 9:34pm that our reservation was canceled.

We were in our vehicle, heading to Florida from San Antonio, Texas. The wife happened to look at her emails to see that the host canceled our booking due to A/C issues. No other room or accommodations were offered. There were no other condos in the whole area available either! Who emails a problem at 9:30 at night!!

I am so sorry, as stated on the email I sent you the AIr Conditioning broke that same night, There was no way for me to know ahead of time that this would happen. Had I had another unit I would have gladly offered it to you, but I didn’t. Again I do apologize but these things are not planned.
