Apartment mit vielen Tücken. -Minimale Küchenausrüstung und teils sehr verbraucht und schmudlig. Pfannen eher zur Entsorgung gedacht. -Defekte Beleuchtungen -24 Stunden lärm mit syrenen und gehupe von Autos , schreiende Leute . Ich würde dieses Apartment niemandem empfehlen. Enttäuschende Grüsse Fabrizio Bosio

Great apartment in heart of Newark

This is a very nice apartment! It is easily accessible to the subway into New York City. So that makes the location perfect. The neighborhood did seem a bit dangerous. So I guess I would advise not walking alone outside at night. But that would be expected in any place in Newark. Also the proximity to the Newark airport was perfect. There are lots of very good restaurants close by. Lots of good ethnic food!

The experience was good expect there was pet hair all over the living spaces and issue with bathtub water drain.

Perfect for our stay

Great sized apartment to recover from knee revision surgery. Clean, well appointed, and great hosts with fast response time. Ooh… and a fantastic washer and dryer in unit. Traveling to NYC is alright by mass transit but car service was a bit pricey and it took about an hour. It’s nice and close to EWR, and Short Hills Mall. Great place to stay and Perose is a great group to rent from. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and very comfortable.
