PEUT MIEUX FAIRE

Très bien mais quelques points a revoir, le ménage (sous les canapés, très sale , la douche pas nickel...) et l'eau chaude en option...Heureusement qu'il faisait très chaud. La connexion internet très très mauvaise Et il manque la clim, les nuits sont chaudes...

Petit logement, perfectible pour vacances

Le logement est bien situé, avec vue sur la mer. Durant notre séjour, l'eau chaude était à peine tiède. Il y a une fuite dans la chasse d'eau et le réservoir se rempli continuellement. Nous avons signalé ces problèmes au bureau de St-Maxime. La terrasse-pergola est spacieuse, mais le parasol n'est pas toujours suffisant pour se protéger du soleil. La connexion internet est souvent interrompue.

Grosse déception sauf pour la vue

L'appartement est petit - 3/4 pers. max. Les placards étaient pleins de coussins, draps, ... Nous avons du tout mettre dans un coin pour pouvoir ranger nos vêtements. La propreté était très discutable, en marchant pieds nus nous avions les pieds noirs, évacuation de la douche noire et à déboucher, vaisselle sale, ... Nous avons pris des douches froides la moitié du temps-réparation prévue dans 2 mois ! La porte du frigo a été réparée 4 jours après notre arrivée et Wifi bof. Mais une belle vue.

Bel appartement entre Ste Maxime et les Issambres

En location fin juin dans cet appartement, nous avons apprécié le séjour/cuisine et la salle de bain, pièces très lumineuses et rénovées sans doute récemment, ainsi que le WC séparé et la grande terrasse avec vue sur le jardin et la mer au loin. Ce que nous avons regretté cependant, c'est la chambre exposée à l'ouest, donc très chaude en cette saison puisque l'appartement ne dispose pas de climatisation, et aussi le volet roulant du séjour qui est manuel et vraiment très lent à dérouler !!

Die Wohnung war von der größe her in Ordnung schöne Aussicht. Müßte aber mal neu eingerichtet werden. (Couch, Bett Matrazen durch)

Parcours du combattant

Venant de Paris, nous avons souhaité passe un week-end dans cette résidence. Seulement il a été très compliqué de trouver la résidence les myosotis. Ce nest pas l'agence qui nous a aidé mais des résidents. La brochure n'a apporté aucune plus-value à la recherche car le plan n'était pas compréhensif du tout. Attention il y a des sangliers qui se promènent dans la résidence et cela nest même pas alerté sur la brochure. Autre chose : les draps sont obligatoires sinon vous êtes facturés si vous salissez les protèges matelas ! Bref très déçue de laccueil de cette agence. Les chambres sont petites... Donc un 5/10 sur la résidence a cause des sangliers et un 4/10 attribué à cette agence à ste maxime qui nous a même pas rappelé pour prendre de nos nouvelles à notre départ !!
