Amazing location, central to everything in SD, walkable neighborhood with plenty of nearby restaurants. Well appointed kitchen space, we love cooking and they had everything we needed! Great place!

We had a wonderful stay. Kent was very nice and a wealth of knowledge about the area. We took him up on many of his suggestions for both food and things to do. The weather was beautiful every single day. The neighborhood was very quiet and offered many restaurants as well as a grocery store within walking distance.

This property was amazing. It's close to everything we wanted to do. The house itself was beautiful, well stocked and very comfortable. The property manager, Kent, met us at check in and went over the house with us. He was always available if we needed anything. The house was very clean upon check it. Parking was easy as well. We'll definitely find another time to come back.

Beautiful home, SUPER clean, comfortable furniture and beds, very well maintained, well stocked kitchen. Air conditioning works great. Kent, the property manager met us at the home to show us around. He’s a gem! Great proximity to grocery store, restaurants, Hillcrest, close to Balboa Park. Excellent stay!

Amazing property close to everywhere. Neighborhood has a lot of great food options. Minutes from the airport. The property is better in person than the pictures. I would definitely stay here again.

This quiet chalet was just as advertised. The house sits in a small, quiet cul-de-sac. Check in was super easy and Kent was very responsive and made great suggestions for dining and grocery within walking distance. The house had everything you could need or want. We loved being able to walk to the local coffee spot for our morning drinks and to the local ice cream joint for unique flavors at the end of our busy days. Try out Jo's Diner, La Puerta and What De Health Thai - all were delicious.Highly recommend this property - such a great location and house.

The property is an excellent vacation rental. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance of many restaurants and a very nice grocery store. It is also near Balboa Park and various other attractions. The home is very clean and has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need and excellent appliances all around. The furniture and beds are all very nice and comfortable and there is air conditioning which keeps the entire house cool. There is parking for one car in the driveway which is very convenient and a short distance to the front door. The home is on a nice and quiet street with friendly neighbors. There is also a very nice private deck with a table and chairs that overlooks the yard and plantings. The host, Kent, is responsive, friendly and helpful with information on the area. We would definitely book this rental again.

We loved our time in this home in Mission Hills! Can walk to local supermarket, restaurants and coffee shops. And it's centrally located to explore the sites of San Diego (Balboa Park, Coronado, and Point Loma). Parking space is out front so we didn't have to worry about finding a spot on the street.Home is gorgeous with a fully outfitted gourmet kitchen, lovely porch for coffee in the morning, and a 2 master suite layout that was perfect for the four of us. It's at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood so it was an oasis to come home to at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. Kent was an outstanding host as he was very responsive in making sure we got settled in and he provided some excellent suggestions on local restaurants to try and where to find free parking near the beach. Loved our stay here - it is a gem! Will book again next time we visit SD!

We have stayed in many vacation properties. This one is at the top of our list. It was so comfortable and clean with every amenity we needed plus more. There are outdoor sitting areas in the front and back with the back balcony table as our favorite. Plus so many restaurants to choose from. Kent was a gracious host. Will definitely stay here again.

Great time In San Diego

Great location/property

Great restaurants/grocery all walking distance. Anything San Diego is less than 5 miles (10-15 minutes) away. Very quiet and enjoyable.
