This recently-renovated property is in the heart of the bustling Bishop Arts District - a vibrant Dallas neighborhood with great restaurants, unique shops, cute coffee houses, and fun bars with live music. It is also close to downtown Dallas and other area attractions. The property is one block off bustling Bishop Avenue, so you can easily access all that the neighborhood has to offer and still retreat to propertys peace and quiet.

The property just underwent a top-to-bottom renovation and has new appliances and new furniture. It has 3 bedrooms - 1 with a king bed, and 2 with queen beds. The new bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and two vanity sinks. You will also have high-speed WiFi and a 55" RokuTV. You may also take advantage of the fully-equipped kitchen, including a drip coffee machine and a toaster, and a new full-sized washer and dryer. Unlike many apartments in the neighborhood, the property has a private backyard space.

Great stay!

Property was cute and perfect for a quick girls trip. We were able to walk downtown to bishop arts within minutes. The owners were very sweet and accessible for any needs. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking!
