House smelled like weed the entire time. Only complaint. Overall good stay and located right off the interstate. Near grocery shopping and restaurants.

Had high hopes but high disappointed

Dog barks on both sides of the house. You can hear every step made in the house Not very well insulated Owner says “feel free to adjust temp” on the welcome paper in the house, but he controls it- and does opposite of what we wanted and requested. House takes forever to cool Bathrooms have no curtains/blinds in the windows nor privacy from the windows- there’s even a camera from the neighbors house that can see right into the shower/bathroom. House wasn’t the cleanest- spider webs everywhere and the floors had our feet black. 5 towels for 4 people for 5 days…. We asked for more on the second day, but never heard back from owner Hardly any water pressure and the nozzle head squirts everywhere- takes forever to wash soap out of hair. There’s more pressure/water coming out of sink faucet. There are no dresser, or anything to put your stuff on in the rooms. Just a bed, tiny bed side table with lamp and a chair. So everything is on the floor. With 4 rooms, there’s only one room with a tv. No curtains in the rooms so the sun wakes you up bright and early. The neighborhood is sketchy. One side of the house- pretty sure that house has homeless living there and the other has some business where people are constantly coming and going at all hours. I wish I could figure out how to post photos and videos but trust me, I know why this place was so cheap….

We do take the review process very seriously and are sorry you were not satisfied. We encourage people to look at our proven track record of all five star reviews in the past. As for the heating and air conditioning issue. We sent emergency service and on a Saturday to immediately address the air conditioning issue then found you did not have the thermostat set to cool. It was just an easy adjustment on the thermostat. Sorry for the confusion with that. We do not have access remotely to our thermostats nor would we ever adjust the temperature on someone staying in the house. Again I encourage future guests to please look at our proven trac record.
