Welcome to “Moomba”, a stunning, fully renovated beachfront townhome nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach. Located directly on the sand, this beautiful retreat offers uninterrupted views of the Gulf and immediate beach access. Guests enjoy a complimentary beach setup, including two chairs and an umbrella, ready and waiting for your toes-in-the-sand relaxation. Inspired by the Australian word Moomba, meaning “Let’s get together and have fun,” this home was designed for unforgettable coastal memories with family and friends.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Moomba was the perfect beachfront townhome for our family of 10. Beds were comfortable and decor was beautiful. We loved how easy our beach access was…steps to our beach. We could walk the beach to pompano joes, or to surf shops and other restaurants. We would love to come back here again.

Wonderful property

We've stayed at a few other Sandollar townhomes. The one last year was in really rough condition. Thankfully, Moomba was clean, up to date, and everything was in working condition. Any issues were minor and were resolved quickly by the property management.

Great family beach vacation

Spent the week with our daughters, son-in-laws and grandkids. The house was great for the 12 of us. Location on the beach was perfect. Had everything we needed close by. Would definitely come back.

Very nice townhome had plenty of cook ware very clean .

The only thing when you pull up the outside does not match pictures of inside and parking is tight!!! The inside is very nice & clean Would stay again

Great Family Getaway

We loved this property. Condo is just as described and pictured in the listing. Direct beach access, very quiet neighborhood, great location to anything we needed. Property management was easily contacted and at our service to assist with early check-in, adding a date to our reservation, and any other needs. Would return!

Perfect location!!

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Be prepared for lots of stairs, we didn’t mind them. We ranged from 3-55 and enjoyed this stay! Enough room for big parties. The only downfall for us was the washer and dryer space being really difficult to use due to lack of space. This townhouse is in a great spot with direct beach access! We will be back!

Great beachfront stay!

The location right on the beach is incredible, especially with children. The gorgeous beach is literally in the backyard. This townhome had everything we needed for our stay, with a well equipped kitchen and bathrooms that were well stocked with towels and all the necessities. It had beautiful and inviting decor throughout. There were extra beach toys and a hose on the lowest level to rinse off. We enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying here again when we return to FL.

We had a great stay! Parking is problematic but we made it work. The only other issue was a miscommunication on trash pick up, but I think we got that taken care of as well. Every interaction was pleasant and helpful.

Everything was good. The only thing I do want to mention is there is we only had 3 wash clothes and 2 kitchen towels and no oven mitts. Other than just minor things it was a great stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit was well decorated, in a great location-great beach, was not super crowded. One negative- and it would probably keep us from rebooking at this location- PARKING. I’ve never seen parking spots this narrow. You literally could not open doors between vehicles. CRAZY tight parking. If you have 2 SUVs, or your neighbor has 2 SUVs, good luck....3 vehicles- forget about it!!!

Good place for a large family

Great location right on the beach! Three floors enable seperation and private space wheen needed. Parking is difficult as only space for two cars and not wide enough for car access. Problem with cleanleness is can was full and overflowing and smelly at front door at check in which made for a bad initial impression. Maintenance resolved right away when notified.

As you now know, we have a vendor we use who removes trash for us on days which do not have the city trash running so that we never have trash sitting out front. We are glad to hear that they came out and picked up the trash a few hours after check in. We wish it could have been sooner, but they service many properties in our area just as the city trucks do. We had a great time and space was very good for our family and the best oart was just the small walk to the beach. Parking was stressful, so beware if you have more than 2 vehicles. Our ice maker was not working, tech came out quickly but wasnt able to fix, so we did have to buy ice. The tech was very friendly and offered to bring us ice. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The online description was not accurate. The first level bedroom was very out of date and not the cleanest. The refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen smelled liked dead fish. There was a roach in the kitchen as well. The hot water did not work. We tried reaching out for someone to fix it, no one answered. Over all it was not the cleanest. But the view was great and the top floor bedrooms were nice.

Carpets in bedroom upstairs dirty. Had to strip beds and towels to the washer which was not on web sight but on list taped to door morning of departure to airport. Needed more notice on changes. Locating was amazing!!

Clean, comfortable & convenient

The condo was very clean, it was close to everything we wanted or needed and we felt like it was home for a week. I loved that there were floats available for us to use. Two chairs and an umbrella coming with the condo was very nice too. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook with for the week. Every time I called for something they were quick to call back and helpful every time. Very nice staff. We would definately stay there again. It would have been nice if the ice maker had been working, but the offer of free ice delivery was very fair. The website said the Destin/FW airport was 10 minutes away, when in reality it was 40 minutes away. That should be corrected.
