Host are warm and inviting. House has everything neede. Plenty of room for all of us. Such a relaxing vacation. Dock rental is available for of our boats, making things very convenient. Memories with friends and family is what its all about. Thank you.
We had amazing time during our weekend stay! Gene and Suzanne were amazing hosts and very accommodating. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Gene and Suzanne were even sweet enough to put out kayaks and inflatables so we could enjoy the lake.

Thank you, Ali, for your lovely review. You describe the experience we want guests to have. Simply, we have a resource we wish to share which includes our hospitality. Thank you, Suzanne
We had one of the best vacations ever. Our 9 and 7 year old grandchildren wanted to live there forever! We had a beautiful house and access to the outdoor spaces including a dock for gishing, crabbing and swimming. We were able to make smores over a great fire pit and enjoyed phenominal sunsets from a sitting area overlooking the river. Gene and Suzie, the hosts were on-site and so warm and welcoming. Our every need was met immediately. We will definitely be vacationing at Gregg Neck Cottage again!
We planned a 40th birthday get a way for a friend - three couples total stayed at this wonderful home. There was plenty of space for everyone, room to hang out and a great table to playing card games.
At first, we were concerned about the shared dock - but there is more than enough room for everyone out there and what a beautiful space it is. We floated in the water each day and prepared meals each night. The kitchen is very well stocked.
The house was extremely clean and the hosts are so sweet. They checked with us the first night to make sure we didn't have any questions or concerns and they were available the whole weekend in case we needed something.
We had a great time during our stay. The people we were visiting kept a boat on the river, so we rented this house to be able to stay close by. The house was clean, the host was very responsive, and was great for our party of 8. The only thing I would say is that the description states the house is waterfront but it’s really across the street. The whole property backs up to the water but the cottage is blocked by one of the houses. You do still have access to the water, docks, yard and boathouse but it is not waterfront.

Thank you for taking the to tell us about your stay. I was concerned when you indicated we described the property as 'waterfront'. The description on VRBO site is 'water access'--perhaps you confused the description with the 'sister cottage' which is waterfront. We are happy you had a great stay and hope you will consider us again.

Our group of Masters competitive rowers appreciated coming back to this comfortable home after a hot day racing at Diamond States Masters Regatta in Middletown, DE. The lot is shady and the river view wonderful, and we were able to grill a lovely dinner on the riverside deck, after a long day of competing. Then we had a great night's sleep on comfortable beds and we were off again for a second day of races. The owner was very welcoming and we appreciated his hospitality. Generous parking for our group on the lot, and a short drive to local towns, restaurants and amenities. We also learned there is another home adjacent if we have a bigger group in the future (I'm already planning ahead for next year's regatta). It was a very nice weekend and we will definitely consider staying again.
Thank you for sharing your lovely home,
Loreen

The pictures show that there is a deck at the house on the river.. It’s actually at a second rental about 100 yds away. The house was well stocked except there were no utensils for eating hard shell crabs. Two drawers full of knives though. There was plenty of living room furniture and it was comfy. Strange tv placement. Turning lights on and off by remote was not convenient. Good amount of towels and blankets. House could use some updating. Overall B-
