Holiday house in the Lüneburg Heath up to 4 people

CAUTION
Children from 4-12 years do not enter when booking, otherwise they will be charged as adults. You pay 6 € per night on site. Children under 4 years free.
In the winter months short-term occupancy also monthly.
Happy to guest lecturers or craftsmen on assembly etc.
Rental price: Depending on occupancy by agreement

1 living room, 1 bedroom, 1 small room (!only with curtain to the bedroom!), Fitted kitchen with oven and dining area, bathroom with tub / toilet and washing machine

Basic price for occupancy with 1-2 people per night as stated,
each additional person 15 € per night
each child from 4-12 years € 6.00 per night (do NOT enter children as adults in the booking request! Calculation extra)

Pets, max 1 (by appointment only) 5 € per night

New bed linen and towels are provided after 14 days.
Final cleaning: You leave the house clean, tidy and swept clean.

If you need rest, from hectic everyday life, want to enjoy nature, in the garden or on extended hikes, through forests and meadows, smaller heath areas, need to cycle through enchanted villages or simply spend time with family and children in the garden or nearby If you want to spend the Hösseringer reservoir, then you've come to the right place!
The small house is in the tranquil heath town of Suderburg (UNIVERSITY LOCATION) has 60 m² of living space and is divided into 2 1/2 bright, friendly rooms, kitchen and bathroom / toilet.
The house is located on a small natural plot of land with a terrace with garden furniture, and a grill is at your disposal. In the garden you can enjoy the sun or find shade under old oak trees. The property is approximately 500 m² in size and is absolutely quiet at the end of a dead end. Shops are within walking distance.


Park
There is a parking space on the property for our guests. Bicycles, roof racks and the like can be stored in a shed on our property.

If you arrive by train to Suderburg station, we can offer a shuttle service for the 2 km by arrangement. There are also rental cars.

Positiv: Der Ferienbungalow ist Home-Office- geeignet. Eine Glasfaserleitung mit 100 MBit ist vorhanden mit LAN und WLAN, Fernsehen ebenfalls über Internet. Negativ: der Bungalow ist liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist aber teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Im Kaminofen lag noch Asche, die Mülltonnen waren nicht geleert worden und waren randvoll. In der Küche fehlt ein Restmüll-Eimer. Das Grundstück ist ist ein sprichwörtlich naturbelassenes Waldgrundstück. Die Gartenmöbel mussten vor der Benutzung geputzt werden. Wir waren ohne Hund da, der Bungalow ist für Hundebesitzer ideal

Super Aufenthalt, gerne wieder...

Meine Frau und ich haben uns in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Holzofen, welcher uns schöne, gemütliche Abende beschert hat. Der naturbelassene Garten war für unseren Hund ein Traum und die malerische Umgebung lässt sich schwer in Worte fassen. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht ist hier genau richtig.

Sehr enttäuschend

Bei Ankunft erste Frage: bleiben oder zurück fahren? Zaun und Garten desolater Zustand. Schlechter Geruch beim Öffnben des Bungalows, Kühlschrank defekt, (dafür bekamen wir am nächsten Abend einen Miniwürfel) Bettzeug klamm, Ameisen im Bad, Couchgarnitur total zerkratzt, überall Verlängerungsschnüre mit Verteilerdosen. 8 Fernsehsender über Zimmerantenne, davon 4x NDR usw. Bei schlechtem Wetter sehr unzureichend.Das alles veranlasste uns, vorzeitig abzureisen. Diese Reise war ihr Geld nicht wert.

Wir fanden zwar ein gemütlich Ferienhaus vor. Allerdings in einem "naturbelassen" Garten und mit einer "naturbelassenen" Terrasse. Die Umgebung ist schön und hat zu vielen Ausflügen eingeladen.

Wir waren zufrieden!!!

Ein nettes, kleines Häuschen mit großem Garten. Innen sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, es war alles da wad man brauchte. Sehr ruhige Lage, mit den Hunden war man schnell in der wunderschönen Natur. Die Terasse und die Umzäunung könnte mal renoviert werden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

idyllisches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

kuscheliges Häuschen mit Kamin, großzügigem Garten und Terasse mitten im ruhigen Ort Suderburg in der Lüneburger Heide. Es war alles da, was wir für 10 entspannende Ferientage brauchten. Die Vermieterin war einfach zu erreichen und sehr freundlich.

Erholsame Tage

Das Häuschen war sehr sauber und bis auf die Geschirrspülmaschine die nicht angeschlossen war, war alles da was man benötigt. Von Bettwäsche über Handtücher, Geschirrtücher, Seife, Haarföhn etc. Die Lage ist sehr zentral in der Lüneburger Heide, mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge. Das Haus von außen und der Garten mit dem Schuppen wirken eher ungepflegt. Liegt vielleicht auch an der Jahreszeit (Ende Oktober).

Suderburg im Herbst

Gemütlich und erholsam, alles für entspannte Ferientage vorhanden, das Häuschen ist unbedingt zu empfehlen. Suderburg hat eine ausreichende Infrastruktur, Bahnhof, Edeka, Penny, drei Restaurants und eine Hochschule. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und optimal zum Wandern und Radfahren. Wir waren im Oktober dort und auf Pilzsuche. Der Kaminofen heizt wunderbar, also auch was für die kalte Jahreszeit. Der Grieche im Ort ist prima, OK für Vegetarier nicht viel Auswahl.
