Drink you morning coffee or having Happy hour on your chairs in front of unit watching boats go by. Both bedrooms and Living room have Gorgeous Waterviews. Tropical setting. Fenced private patio. fully furnished. Minimum days to rent is 30 days, No smoking unit. Does not included BOAT SLIP, they are for owners only, ,HOA does not allow it.
