About this property

In the center of Kühlungsborn-West and right on the city forest is located on a large plot of our holiday home "Baltic Sea Domicile Sandburg".

The Baltic Sea domicile Sandburg consists of the house with a reception, a small fitness room and our separate sauna house, so that our guests can also make an uncomfortable Baltic Sea day with a lot of warmth. In our garden, all guests can enjoy the Baltic Sea sun.

In our domicile are in the beautiful old building 4 apartments, the two EC apartments each have a terrace, the apartments on the 1st floor and 2nd floor have a large balcony.

In the summer of 2018 we opened our new building with 5 apartments. Here is also our daily open reception and a lift, with which our guests can easily reach all apartments of old and new buildings.

All apartments are equipped with high quality, all bedrooms have a modern, internet-enabled TV, the rooms are equipped with real wood parquet. In the new building, all apartments have modern, walk-in overhead showers and underfloor heating. Wi-Fi is self-evident in all apartments.

Our Baltic Sea apartment "evening sun" for 6 to 8 people is located in 1. OG of the "Baltic Sea Domicile Sandburg" and is easily accessible via our elevator. The spacious apartment (110m ²) with high-ceilinged rooms typical for the resort architecture is equipped with high-quality furniture.

The sunlit apartment with open kitchen has a covered balcony with evening sun.
The cozy couch in the living room can be removed if necessary. WLAN and Internet-ready flat-screen TVs are of course available in every room, a spacious entrance hall with cloakroom, a bathroom with toilet, double sink and shower and a separate toilet complete the apartment. The 3 bedrooms with double beds have spacious closets and additional sleeping places.

Your cars can be parked safely and protected on the adjacent property from 2019 on the belonging to the apartment car parking garages from 2019.

Kühlungsborn 2022

Wohnung und Objekt entsprechen der Beschreibung, in unmittelbarer Nähe alle wichtige wie z.B. Einkaufen vorhanden, 10 min. zu Fuß zum Strand. Leider viel Verkehr der durch die Straße fließt - trotz Tempo 30 - hat man das Gefühl an einer Hauptverkehrsstr. zu schlafen wenn das Schlafzimmer vorne zur Straße raus hat. Ansonsten empfehlenswertes Objekt.

Tolle Wohnung in hervorragender Lage

Nur wenige Meter vom Zentrum Kühlungsborn-West und dem Strand entfernt, liegt diese tolle Wohnung, die mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet ist. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Zentrumsnahe Unterkunft mit Mängeln.....

Das Einchecken verlief schnell könntet schon um 11 Uhr in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist groß genug für 8 Personen. Leider war die Dusche schimmelig und an der Dunstabzugshaube ist der Knopf nicht vorhanden an dem man das Licht anmachen kann. Die generelle Sauberkeit der Wohnung ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig .... ALLES in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub !!!
