BALTIC SEASIDE IN THE FLAIR OF THE BATH TERM The Villa Barbarossa was lovingly built in 2002 in the style of the resort architecture. Our guests can spend their holidays in this sophisticated apartment complex with the typical elements of the bath architecture. For cyclists there is a bicycle storage room in the house and a carport parking space is available for each apartment Have you smashed your favorite piece of clothing or perhaps you did not have enough change clothes? No problem: In a separate laundry room you have a washing machine and dryer against coin insertion available. OUR TIP FOR BIKE FRIENDS - BICYCLES RENT TO SPECIAL CONDITIONS: Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area? No matter what your heart desires: In the bike rental MY WHEEL BY THE SEA you can on special terms (discount vouchers you receive upon arrival) bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. V. M. borrow.

B-10:
You live in a ca 80 m² large 4-room duplex apartment, located in the 2nd. Upstairs is located and 2017 was stylishly renovated. The living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area, a large flat screen TV, a dining area and an open kitchen area (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and many other kitchen utensils). The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2x double bed, 1x single bed). Here is the special feature that a bedroom is in a turret and can be reached via a staircase from the living room. The two bathrooms with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this tasteful and high-quality apartment. Per person there is a linen package in original equipment available. Final cleaning included! Non smoking! No pets. Balcony. 1 parking space in the carport. Bicycle storage. Washing machine and dryer for a fee in the house.

Schöne Tage in Kühlungsborn

Wir waren zu dritt für ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Wohnung Barbarossa 10. Von der Buchung bis zur Abfahrt hat alles wunderbar geklappt, sehr gut organisiert. Auch unser Wunsch nach einer Aufenthaltsverschiebung um 1 Tag wurde uns problemlos erfüllt 👍. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und alles, was man so braucht, ist vorhanden. Einzig die Kopfkissen haben uns nicht gefallen. Das ist zwar meckern auf hohem Niveau 😏, aber da könnten wirklich mal neue her. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und waren sehr zufrieden.

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Zuerst zur Wohnung, sie war sehr groß und hell eingerichtet. Wir hatten zu fünft sehr viel Platz durch die 3 Schlafzimmer, den 2 Bädern mit Dusche und dem sehr großen Wohn/Ess/Küchenbereich. Es fehlt nichts an der Austattung und auch Geschirr war sehr Ausreichend vorhanden. Der Strand war Fußläufig sehr gut erreichbar und die Wohnung lag sehr Zentral am Zentrum mit Geschäften und Gaststätten, aber dennoch Ruhig. Wir haben uns in unserem Sommerurlaub dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Agentur "Zimmer am Meer" und die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen.
